SH-I: JOB CONTRACT OF E&M INSTALLATIONS

Job Contract for round the clock Operation and maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical installations in AAI occupied area at KIA viz. Technical Block cum ATC tower, SMR at ARFF and ATC Tower, DVOR-I, localizer, glide path, markers including the operation of 200KVA DG set along with the AMF panel at RADAR building etc.in with Man power Highly skilled Supervisor-1 No's, Highly skilled (Computer operator)-1 No, skilled-4 No's, Semiskilled- 4 Nos, Unskilled-4 Nos all days including sundays and holidays in Three shifts, which involves repairs & maintenance, attending day to day complaints, faults, breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring the serviceability & satisfactory working condition of the installations i/c preventive maintenance, maintenance of records & documentations etc., The agency is required to deploy minimum manpower in each shift as detailed in special condition of contract.complete as required.

SH-II: DSR ELECTRICAL -2018 -- Internal & External Electrical works

Carrying out the works for any item covered in Delhi Schedule of Rates 2018 (DSR-Electrical works) published by CPWD as per CPWD specification as per site requirement complete as required for an amount of Rs. 50000.00.

SH-III: Supply of Spares

Supplying of following sizes ISI marked PVC insulated, single core, FRLS grade strandard copper cables of 1100 volts grade confirming to relevant IS of standard length etc as required
