Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic based distemper emulsion over a coat of cement based primer, white or tinted including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Supply and fixed steel plate rack of size 600 mm x 900 mm x 250 mm, made of 0.63 mm thick stainless steel sheet, having of three different sizes of plate, shelves for cups and suucer etc and hook fixed to wall with CP brass screws etc. complete all as specified. Make : Parayg/ Blue star / Jainya.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing 15 mm nominal bore dia, steel water tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs stainless steel sink with draining board , made out of 1mm thick sheet for kitchen or laboratory with plug, washers, waste pipe, cast iron cantilever brackets, connecting union overall size 915 mm x 460 mm with bowl size 410 mm x 355 mm x 165 mm completecomplete all as specified.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/ verticle surface by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.and prepare the surface to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured of size (300 x 200 mm / 300 x 450 mm x 7 mm thick ) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed. ( screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor ).

Supply and fixed vitreous china wash basin (WHB) , white , flat back , size 550 mm x 400 mm (1st quality) including brackets, waste fittings , brass Chromium plated for glazed basins etc. with long screw shanks and fly nuts , flange end embedded in red lead cement , including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand but but incl providing brackets, waste pipe & CP waste coupling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs PTMT connections 15 mm size with PVC nuts of length 450 mm complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed PTMT ( Polytetra Methyllene Terephthalate) towel Rail 450mm long of PTMT fixed with and including Chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats .(Minimum weight 170gms complete all as specified

Material and labour for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement for receiving treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing to RCC slab and parapet with the following stages as under:- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.40 ltrs/ Sqm over plastered surcace of RCC roof and parapet . Bitumenous primer shall be of same manufacturer of APP Membrance. (b) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.60 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric laid on primed usrface by forced application complete all as specified. A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm at the end and side. (c) Applying two coats of aluminium paint over APP membrance as per manufacturer instruction. Note:- Roof treatment work shall be carried out as per manufacturer instruction and approved applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE in writing.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement in Cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick (10+5) in two layers on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions (WPC shall be apply in second layer and measured and paid separately) complete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling , in cement and sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified

Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 75 mm thick , as in ramp and apron flooring finished even and rough complete all as specified.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab as in flooring, 15-18 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 15 mm thick plaster as screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab as in skirting / dado verticle surface 15-18 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 10 mm thick plaster as screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; pathway / hardstanding etc laid in bays / panels not exc. 2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for reinforced Cement concrete M-25 (Design mix), 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as inin slabs supported on walls, beams and columns , in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified. Note : Design Mix shall be as per approved Design Mix of CWE/CE's running contracts.

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars ( TMT) 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for chain link mattresses, as in tie bar strengthing and fising with nuts & bolts complete all as specified.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for consealed type point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 Pt I & II of 2000 drawn through and including PVC conduit of adequate size having a wall thickness not less than 1.5 mm with all accessories (including cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface to its original specification), including provision of 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, connected to main switch / DBs or common earth dolly for one light / fan point / exhaust point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch complete all as specified and as directed for light /fan point controlled by one way switch 5/6 amps. Supplying and fixing 50 mm bore dia galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for boring/Drilling ( horizontally) manually under existing road ( maximum 10 M in width) suitable for passing GI tubing of 50 to 100 mm bore complete all as specified.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in to ground ( earth pit) not less than 2.25 metres deep below GL with top edge of earth plate ot less athn 1.50 m below ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, connected to GI lead wire of 4 mm dia.(7.50 m Long) by means of nuts, bolts and washers, checknuts of GI and protected by the GI pipe light grade 15 mm nominal bore(7.5 m long) for earth lead wire and watering pipe light grade of 20 mm nominal bore, 0.63 mm thick G I sheet funnel , wiremesh, earthing test point etc complete including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil , PCC 1:2:4 type B1 earth pit and Precast RCC cover 65 mm thick duly reinforced with 6 mm dia. MS round bars @ 100mm C/C both ways,with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.
