Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil. as per DSR item no- 2.8.1

P/L in 1:5:10 with cement, coarse sand & 40mm guage stone aggregate in base including supply of all materials labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per DSR item no. - 4.1.10

M-150 class Brick Work in 1:6 cement, C/sand mortar in foundation and plinth. As per DSR item no. - 6.1.2

R.C.C. work in 1:1.5:3 Cement, Coarse sand & stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size i/c columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : Above Plinth Lvl asDSR item no-5.2.2

R.C.C.work in 1:2:4 with cement, approved C/Sand & 20 mm guage stone grit in Lintel Sunshade etc. centering shutering etc. As per DSR item no. - 4.1.3

M-150 class Brick Work in 1:6 cement, C/sand mortar in superstructure above plinth level. As per DSR item no. - 6.4.2

Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift as per DSR item no. - 2.25(a)

12 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 ( 1 cement & 4 course sand ) per IS 13.4.1

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources). Above Plinth Lvl as SI No-5.3

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form.Beam / Band as per SI- 5.9.5
