Providing horizontal spindle, horizontal/radial split casing/and suction (backfull out arrangement) single/ double/ multistage centrifugal pump or combination of pumps, in series/parallel of recommended make such as BS/SABAR/LUBI/Calama/KSB/Crompton/SU/Johnston/Kirloskar /BE/Jyoti as per BIS-1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting water for under mentioned characterstics with bronze, impellers, priming funnels, casing ring and shaft sleaves of bronze, shaft of steel grade with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common CI/cast steel base plate(base plate to be from the manufacturer of the pumping set) to slipring/squirrel cage screen protected drip proof induction motor of Kirloskar/ BHEL/Crompton /NGEF/GEC/ Siemen/ Jyoti/BHEL/ GEC/ABB confirming to BIS-325-1978 read wih BIS:900-1978 (latest with upto date ammendments) It should be include the cost of bearing, nuts & bolts painting etc and shall be suitable for operation as per data given below :-The pumping machinery shall be installed on properdised baseplate , which is to befrom the principal manufacturer of pumping set. The foundation of the machinery should be designedandanchored properly.

Providing and laying suitable size copper PVC.insulated armoured power 3.5 core cable conforming to BIS-1554-Part-I -1988 or latest with uptodate ammendments Siemen/Gloster/ICC make from Meter of HPSEB. to MCB/OCB & from OCB to Busbar Switch & Starter(One cable carrying all three phases) including all laid in pipers or trenches other elecrc equipments/accessories such as thimbles,flexible pipe,solder,nuts & bolts,cable glands etc.size and make will be subject to approval of HPSEB.authorities. In case of non-acceptance by HPSEB.auithority shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost. Supply side (Note:- The size of cable specified by the tenderer)
Providing and laying PVC.jointless flat water proof cable as per BIS-694-1990(Latest with uptodate ammendments) suitable for the pump set offered from OCB to Motor, Motor to Starter including all other electric equipment such as;thimbles,flexible pipe,solder,nuts & bolts,cable glands etc.laid in pipes or trenches under floor The type & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB.authorities. In case of non-acceptance by HPSEB.authoirity,it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of costmotor side (Note:- The size of cable specified by the tenderer)

(Rising Main)Providing, laying, jointing and testing of MSERW pipes 200 mm dia ( Zinc Coated) duly flanged to be welded after 66 mtr. interval of pipe with intermediate butt welded joints including cost of flanges tees & bends etc, of required degrees, tee made from parent tube confirming to IS-IS/ISO -3183-2007 of steel grade L-210 or A as per dimensions, wall thickness & test pressure mentioned below in a randum length of pipe is 4-7 mtr, and the pipe should be welded with MS flange confirming to IS:6392-1971 & the welding should be done in two layers on both the faces to made the joints leak proof confirming to IS:816-1965 with electrode confirming to IS:814-1967) including required Nos., & size of MS nuts, and bolts confirming to IS:1369:1971 and asbestos fibre jointing gasket (compressed) sheet not be less than 3mm in thickness confirming to IS:2712-1985.
