Supply and fix in replacement weather proof street light junction boxes made out of thermo plastic consisting of 4 nos of connectors of capacity 40 amp 415v and 1no of SPN MCB rating 6 AMP 240 V with proper closing arrangement, elmax connector for neutral link including pole mounting clamp with nut bolts.The box should have two cable entry and should be able two accomodate two cables of size 25Sqmm with proper space between each phases complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal GL, connected to and including galvanized earth lead Strip of size 32mmx6mm upto 7.5 m distance and connected by means of bolts,nuts,checknuts and washers of galvanized iron and including 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe including excavation, earth work in any strata, charcoal, salt and pcc chamber, RCC 20 mm thick cover complete , testing and connecting up complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as 32 x 6mm galvanised steel strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L color code point wiring FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor single core multistandred 1100 volt grade conforming to IS 694 drawn through PVC conduit of suitable size, concealed / semi concealed/ open suitable size modular metal flush box fitted as per site requirement on ground with modular cover plate with frame (inner/ outer plate) for mounting switches or sockets regulators etc including FRLS 1.5 sqmm earth wire copper insulated wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed for the following:- Notes:- i. M&L for painting exhaust fan of any sweep complete with one coat of synthetic enamel suitable paint by spraying after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for dismantling/opening the exhaust fan of 300mm sweep of metal body any make removing the old defective winding carefully cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with the same gauge super enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for dismantling exhaust fan of any size and sweep removing old bearing and bushes of any size supply and fix with new bearing suitable size of make TATA/NBC/SKF and bushes including greasing reassembling and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
