Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 150 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. One coat

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Bars upto 12 mm diameter

Applying priming coat:With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing pressure grouting by drilling hole of 8 mm dia of depth 2cm to 3 cm and fixing nipple of diameter 1 cm and length up to 10 cm and grouting using cement slurry and admixture of approved make using injecting medicine all as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing nylon net of approved pattern(0.23mm thickess and 58mm gap) below canopy ceiling at city side of terminal building for preventing bird entry with the help of nylon thread properly levelled and tied in the existing canopy truss and covering the edge complete all as per the direction of Engineer in charge (only plain area will be measured)

Supply and installation of self-adhesive architectural films 3M Di-Noc or equivalent . Architectural finishes material used for decorative experience should be durable, multi-layered, adhesive backed film construction with a pressure sensitive adhesive having air release channel feature that eliminates bubbles, simplifies and speeds up application. The film should be easy to clean using detergent (between pH 5 and 8) diluted in water. The solution should have ability to withstand impacts and resist scratches for durability. The proposed Architectural finishes should pass the following standards to be fit to use. • ASTM International (ASTM): ASTM E 84 - Standard Test Method for Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials. (Certificate to be submitted) • LEED® Claim: Use of this product should help contribute to LEED® CI v2.0- MR credit 1.2.The work is to be executed in various locations of DTB.The rate should include the cost of all materials,labour necessary scaffolding .

Providing and fixing 3mm thick aluminium composite panel,3000 series (of approved colour /shade) having skin material of 0.50mm aluminium on each side and core material of natural polyurethane for wall cladding/rectangular/square cladding and ceiling at all levels and height,fixed in pre-size of in fill panel including structural sealant etc.with watertight and air-tight system either curved or straight in plan.The aluminium composite panel to be fixed with extruded aluminium basic frame,angle cleats,rivets,G.I. brackets all as approved using suitable hilti/fisher/anchor bolts on RCC/structural works including necessary accessories complete in all respects as per drawings,specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.(Item includes cost of ACP Panel,Weather Sealant,Gasket,Foam,Scaffolding,Fixtures and all machineries.The aluminium extruded sections used for basic frame shall be paid seperately)
