Supply of Henkel Loctite high temperature chemical resistance coating – 9340 (Bisphenol base epoxy resin) & application at diffuser beam & channel protection coating media – Bagasse with 100-degree water MOC – Mild steel temp, Wet temperature – 110 degrees centigrade. Ph. – 4.5 to 7.5 Properties : 1. Chemical type - Bisphenol base epoxy resin 2. Mixed destiny - 1.6 ± 1.9 g/cc 3. Application life (mins) - 60 4. Curing time -tack free 6-8 hrs. 5. Re-coating (hrs.) - 10-12 hrs. 6. Coverage 1.0 m2/lit for 500 microns DFT 7. Water probability [WRC] as per BS 6920-1 Pass onto 60℃. 8. UV resistance @100hrs as per ASTM G- 5:88 pass 9. Application temp , [℃]5 to 35 10. Service temp [℃] Wet temp- 130 degree & dry temp- 250 degree 11. Hardness as per ASTM D2240 (Shore D)85-90 12. Corrosion Resistance test as per ASTM B117 13. Salt spray test for 2500 hours pass, no sign of corrosion 14. Ph Resistance – its resist Ph. value up to 3.5 on acidic side. 15. Adhesion strength test – ASTM D 4541.
