Supplying roof top mast manufactured out of Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses and connecting plates including nuts and bolts, etc.,using medium type MS pipe conforming to IS:1239 including cutting,welding, galvanising ,hoisting, fixing in position and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. at Sanakaranarayan temple site , Palluruthy west Ernakulam district

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

a) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Labour charges for erection of mast upto a height of 18M over roof top terrace up to 6 metre from ground level etc including straightening /replacement of mast members if any required which shall be separately paid lifting upto required levels with necessary tools and plants required and all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying MS foundation bolts, bolts and nuts for mast all complete etc at site.

Placing of anchor bolts in sets corresponding to the requirement of mast erection including all labours and handling charges and checking with template made of 2 mm thick MS sheet of size 1meter x1 metre of the lay out of foundation bolts in line, level, plumb etc complete including all cost of labour and materials as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless steel wire ropes of 6 mm dia for anchoring and tightening the mast with necessary stainless steel fastners, SS 'D' Shackle,SS turn buckle ,SS tightening clip, nut bolts etc.complete

Drilling holes of 16mm dia holes on roofing slab/beam upto 10-15cm depth and fixing 12mm anchor bars bent to required shape and length up to 60cm which shall be paid separately with high strength polyester resin anchor grout (Fosroc Lockfix-S) or equivalent as per the direction of engineer in charge

Painting Mast with synthetic enamel paint or equivalent in two or more coats over and including base coats of etching primer or equivalent of required shade and colour as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing G.I bus bar of 25 X 5 mm connected to the tinned bottom portion of lightning conductor and to the ring earth/plate earth with 2 Nos of 10 mm dia GI nuts & bolts [with lead sheath in between] at each connection. The bus bar shall be drawn through heat shrink sleeve and shall be shrunk properly. The bus bar shall be clamped to the tower/ building walls at uniform interval of 1.5 Mt.. using proper GI clamps and ceramic insulators such that the bus bar shall be well insulated from the tower building walls all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(All joints should be covered by Shalimar or equivalent water proof tape and made air tight)

Providing GI strips of size 25 X5 mm one end connected to the tower leg with GI bolt and nuts (with lead sheath in between) including providing and connecting the legs at the bottom of tower and the other end shall be connected to the GI plate earth/ring earth with GI bots and nuts [with lead sheath in between] including clamping the down lead flat to walls/stems without any sharp bends using necessary clamps and screws as directed by the Engineer -in-charge.(All joints should be covered by Shalimar or equivalent water proof tape and made air tight)

Providing and fixing copper lightening arrester with necessary fixtures at the top of the mast. The spike shall be insulated from tower by using proper GI clamps and ceramic insulators and shall be connected to G.I plate earthing by GI bus bar of 25x5mm which shall be paid seperately.

Supply of maintenance free earthing system consisting of UL listed copperbonded steel electrode with minimum 254 micron copper coating all through with ground enhancement material(GEM) tested for leaching & TCLP as per IEC62561-7 with heavy duty inspection pit with green cover made on polyamide material which can handle minimum 5 ton staticload. The systems shall be conforming to IS3043,lS/IEC 62305, IEC 61643-5-54,UL467 and the rod tested for dimention, marking, tensilestrength,salt mist,coating thickness, electrical resistivity test before and after corresion test etc as per IEC 62561-2. Each set shall consists of following BOM (1)17.2mm dia,3metre rod,minimum 254 micron copper bonding steel electrode-1No. (2) Ground enhancrnent material of 22Kg-(2bagof11.3Kg/each) (3)Earth inspection pit with green cover having a minimum load bearing capacity of 5 ton staticload.

Providing and fixing PVC pipes of pressure class of 4 Kg/Sq.cm complete fittings and clamps including cutting and making good the walls etc complete

a) 65 mm outer dia

Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

a)Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
