Scope of Work: (1) Monthly cleaning, servicing, and checking of all functional parts. (2) Inspection and alignment of rollers, drum unit, paper path, and feed systems. (3) Software/firmware updates if applicable. (4) Breakdown Maintenance: (a) Attending complaints and issues reported by the user. (b) Immediate rectification of functional problems. (c) Response time: Within 24 hours of complaint logging. (5) Repair / Replacement of Worn-out Items of essential components such as Fuser Assembly, Rollers, Feed Mechanism, PCBs or control boards, Excludes consumables unless otherwise specified in AMC like Toner, Drum & Developer. (6) Warranty / Guarantee on Replaced Parts: (a) Any part replaced during AMC shall carry a minimum 6-month warranty from the date of replacement. (b) Records of replacements shall be maintained and shared with the department.
