The Project Director, Bangalore South District invites Two Cover detailed tenders from ISO Certified Professional Consultants based on QCBS For Providing Services as 3rd Party (Third Party) Inspection and Monitoring for all Development & Maintenance Works, Procurement of Goods & Services Works under Various Funds for Ramanagara CMC, Channapatna CMC , Kanakapura CMC, Magadi TMC, Bidadi TMC, Harohalli TP, of Bangalore South District ULBs for the year 2026-27.

To qualify for award of this contract each Bidder in its name should have Satisfactory completed as prime Bidder, carried out similar kind of Works as a 3rd party for inspection of projects/ works Cost of Minimum Rs 75.0 CRORES in any One Year, in any Govt Departments, in last Five years period (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 ,2024-25, & 2025-26)

The agency shall be an Indian company/ firm (It must be registered under particular act (GOI/GOK). Also, agency should have valid ISO 9001: 2015 certificate

The Firm or Company should have minimum Annual Turnover of Rs 86.04 lakhs in any 2 financial years in the last 05 years (2021-22, 2022-23 2023-24 2024-25 2025-26)

Key professional staff as mentioned in bid document

Agency should have Own or leased fully equipped National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratory (NABL) for Quality assurance of Civil, Electrical & Mechanical application usage materials, in Karnataka State also Own or leased fully equipped Quality Analysis Mobile Laboratory for Quality assurance of Civil, Electrical & Mechanical application usage materials / tied-up with NABL Laboratory and mobile Laboratory document for the same should be submitted. (The laboratory should have scope of coarse Aggregate, Fine Aggregate, Cement, Bricks, Blocks, Soil, Asphalt, Steel & NDT,)
