Dismantling wall & ceilling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium anodised snap grid false ceiling, for insulation and acoustic purpose, using standard aluminium sections of size 35.60 mm x 23.60 mm x 1.60 mm as in wall angle, 23.60 mm x 23.60 mm x 1.60 mm as in Main/ Cross Tees and 26.00 mm x 26.00 mm x 1.60 mm angles for grid of size 605 x 605mm suspended with 4mm dia. GI wire at intervals n.exc. 600mm centre to centre and fixed to roof truss with suitable size MS hooks and fastening bolts etc. from sloping/flat roof including 12 mm thick Gypsum ceiling boards of size 600mm x 600mm fixed with clips to aluminium snap grid including preparation of exposed surfaces of ceiling boards and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing water proofing treatment including cement plaster(any no of layers) on roof surfaces, cleaning the surfaces and removing the debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 25 mm thick (1:2:4) type B0 ( using 12.5mm graded aggregates ) as in filling in levelling course on roof slab complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over rendering for work in isolated width such as in bands, sunk pannels, cornices, skirting sides of slabs, parapet sides and top drip moulds etc and similar work not exc 15 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound .

M/L for cleaning the plastered / concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- (a) Apply one coat of oil bituminous primer @ 0.20 kg/Sqm over concrete surface. (b) Laying APP Polimerised modfied membrane not less than 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.5 kg per Sqm by torch applicaton method. (c) The overlap for APP membrane shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on transverse direction. (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bitumiious aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm over the membrane. (e) The make / treatment shall be from the one of the following manufacturer:- (i) 'Moply FP' of M/s Texsa (I) Pvt Ltd. (ii) 'Hyperplast' pf IWL India Ltd. (iii) 'Super thermpay' manufactured by M/s Shalimar tar product. (iv) 'Hydroflame' of M/s Hydrotech Ltd.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or conrete wall surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 05 mm thick cement plaster on concrete surface in cement mortor 1:3 including plastered surface of ceiling shall be even and smooth without using extra cement completed

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and appling two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over a coat of primer on plastered surfaces complete including 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and appling two coats of cement base paint on walls over a coat of primer on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white washing complete all as specified and as directed..

S & F in repair galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples to wooden/steel shutters all as directed.

S&F 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality fixed in panes n.exc. 0.50 Sqm each pane and glazing with oil putty complete including Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips

Complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated surfaces of walls prepration of surfaces and applying one coats of premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives on external surfaces of wall including primer and preparation of surfaces as per manufacturers instruction all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate finished surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete (1:3:6), type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate finished surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Forming construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound of grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 35mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound of grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing surface of concrete by brooming while concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC type D-2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base for tiling complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in plinth protection 75 mm thick finished top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment including 25 mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed.
