Schedule 'A' Part -I

(i) Microprocessor based addressable networking type Fire alarm control panel of Apollo/Honeywell /Siemens/Ravel/Agni/Godrej/Airlight/Morley/Notifier/Safeway etc make, with supply unit heavy duty Battery charger and allied components .

(ii) Microprocessor based addressable networking type Fire alarm repeater panel of Apollo/Honeywell /Siemens/Ravel/Agni/Godrej/Airlight/Morley/Notifier/Safeway etc make, with supply unit heavy duty Battery charger and allied components.

(iii)Microprocessor based conventional type Fire alarm control panel of Apollo/Honeywell /Siemens/Ravel/Agni/Godrej/Airlight/Morley/Notifier/Safeway etc make, with supply unit heavy duty Battery charger, and allied components.

(iv) Microprocessor based conventional type Fire alarm Repeater panel of Apollo/Honeywell /Siemens/Ravel/Agni/Godrej/Airlight/Morley/Notifier/Safeway etc make, with supply unit heavy duty Battery charger, Tested and proved functionally.

(v) Microprocessor based networking type Fire alarm/Fighting control and CO2 gas release panel with supply unit heavy duty Battery chargerand allied components.

(vi) Complete checking and serviceability of Internal Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm System.

Note:- For a mentioned fire alarm system (a) The quoted rate is deemed to be exclusive for supply and fixing of all spares viz. mechanical/Electrical /Electronics/LED lights as and when required for trouble free and smooth operation of fire alarm systems also inclusive of complete as directed by Engineer-In -Charge

(b) The cost of spares, such as cables, SCR/IGBTs, nut, bolts, screews, clamps,wires and any other minor spares etc shall be deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates, nothing extra shall be paid on account of supply and fixing and repalcement of minor/major repairs for smooth functioning of fire alarm systems.

(c) The quoted rate is deemed to be included in the rate of manpower, conveyance and communication to labour in complete GE(ND) area, tools and plants required for the maintenance etc.

(d) The quoted rate shall also deemed to be included in the rate of doing periodical checks (monthly/quarterly/half yearly checks), testing. The contractor has to make their own arrangement for testing the systems and allied components of system and necessary report of the same to be submitted to Engineer-in-charge after getting the sign of the user.

(e) The quoted rate includes the complete servicing directional valves, CO2 nozzles, CO2 cylinder valves checking and refilling/weighing of the CO2 in those cylinders with less weight (CO2 will be considered as the Sch A Part-II item), high pressure braided hoses to be checked and to be replaced if found defective(braided hose considered as minor item) making them in working condition all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(f) The contractor has to inspect the functionality and keep in working conditions of each system components like Fire alarm panel, smoke detector/Multi sensor, Manual call point, Beam detector, Sounder/hooter cum strobe, Isolator module, Response indicator, Battery, Battery Charger, flame detector and other components of internal fire alarm system etc

(g) The functionality of all the fire alarm systems and Internal Fire fighting system shall be the responsibility of the contractor during the entire contract period .

(h) Nothing will be paid etc other than the materials specified in the supply only schedule for keeping the fire alarm/detection system in working condition.

Discharge CO2 Gas from CO2 Fire fighting Cylinders (capacity 69 Litres of water capacity @ 45Kg per cylinder) and Carry out for visual survey, Repair/Overhauling, removal of CO2 Cylinder pressure directional valve/Nozzles/Pressure switch,etc and Charging/Weighing/Hydro testing and commissioning with Filling of deficient quantity of CO2 gas in each cylinder installed in CO2 Fire Fighting System with proof of Visual Survey and Testing with Stamp and date of testing on each cylinder with submission of CCE approved Gas filling agency certificate complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Rate quoted is deemed to be including the cost of dismantling of CO2 Cylinders, transportation, weighing of cylinders, Hydro testing and commissioning of the cylinders with Certificate by CCE approved agency. Supply in replacement of stranded copper conductor, XLPE insulated, cores laid up, PVC Inner sheathed, GI wire armoured & FRLS PVC outer sheath,Insulated with XLPE type GP8 as per BS 7655-1.3, 2x 1.5 sq mmcable with clamps to fit on cable tray or on ground with all associated accessories, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for point wiring with 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper cable 1100V, FRLS grade multistranded drawn in and including 20mm PVC conduit totally concealed in walls/ceiling with tee, bend, elbows,junction box etc. with provision of PVC insulated 4.0 sqmm copper conductor cable as earth continuity including 2.0mm thick prefabricated galvanised boxes with white modular cover plate of suitable size for fixing modular switches, sockets regulator and connected the earth wire to common earth dolly for 15Amp power point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of electric siren of 1.5/2/3.5 km range with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnish, greasing the bearings, replacement of missing / worn out nuts, bolts & washers, split pins etc. complete including replacement of bearing of suaitable size all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -Charge.
