Replacement of damaged under ground HT cable and allied electrical infrastructure along the yatra track from KM 2.50 upto HOLY CAVE occurred during track widening works by BRO

Providing, Laying, testing and Commissioning of Single core Aluminium 120mm sq 11/11 kV XLPE FRLS cable stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, conductor screen with extruded semiconducting compound, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape will be wrapped helically with 100% coverage, al round armoured, and overall pvc sheathed cable conforming to is 7098/ (part-ii) 2011 with the latest amendments. The compound will be specially design to meet the harsh weather conditions and will stand up to -25 degree Celsius. The Cable will be supplied in 500 mtr each length in order to minimise the losses/staight throgh cable jointing. The outer sheath will be extruded PVC ST-2 suitable for -25 degree conforming to 1S:5831/84 as per the technical specification.(10.0Km x 5 Runs)= 50.0 Km (Havells/Polycab/KEI or Equivalent)
