Material and labour Double charged, vitrified ceramic light shade tiles, premium/1st quality 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm and not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Double charged, vitrified ceramic light shade tiles premium/1st quality 10mm thick of same description as of floor tiles as in serial item No 05 above but 100 to 200mm height as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick, 38mm width of strips and inserting in position complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor/ hard standing etc and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 as in sub base of floor (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, floors, window cills, cooking platforms and like in bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in jambs, pillars, riser of steps, skirting and like bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L rounding to edges of stone slab both edge such as in steps, cooking plateform and other similar situtaions with grinder complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 22 mm thick of size not less than 550mm x 550mm in floor, treads of steps/stair, set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (granite finish) over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L machine cut kota stone slab 18 to 22 mm thick (cut from size not less than 550mm x 550mm) in skirting , riser of steps, dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (granite finish) over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for grinding and mirror polishing to existing floor of kota stone/terrazzo flooring by power grinding mechnically operated machine to achieve required mirror finish complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Machine cut Baroda green marble stone slab 16 to 18mm thick as in flooring/ window cill/ cooking plateform over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Machine cut Baroda green marble stone slab 16-18mm thick as in skirting / dado / vertical wall surfaces over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in (other then ground floor) roofs , beams staircase , landing , chajja and similar suspended works reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Checking and attending to water leakage from taps, flushing cisterns, wash hand basins and other sanitary fittings/fixtures and any obstruction to water supply, requiring plumber work and carryout minor repairs such as replacement of washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings of flushing cistern etc including petty materials like washers of all sizes, thread(shoot), M-seal, screws, nails, check nuts to make water supply/ plumbing lines functional and leak proof complete all as specified and directed by Emgr-In-Charge. (Note : Any other items except mentioned in this item, if required, the same shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items)

Cleaning of sewage line upto first man holes by any means and removing blockage of WC, EWC, Bathroom, floor trap of WHB/Kitchen pipe etc including first man hole complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Item No.153 to 155 :- (i) Contractor or his authorised rep will report daily at 0900 hrs and onwards at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE's In charge and distribute all complaints/ detailing to his tradesmen, monitoring the work done and taking the complaint slip back from trademans on every working day, re-submit the same to JE's in charge after rectifying the complaint at complaint cell. In case contractor or his rep failed to attend the office then a recovery of Rs 1000/- per day shall immediately be effected from the contractor's dues in terms of conditions 25, 44 & 45 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of contracts). (ii) The complaint of BOQ item No. 155 shall be attended & blockage shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs (excluding sunday & gazetted holiday), commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip failing which a penalty @ Rs.100/- per complaint per hour shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and necessary recovery shall be effected from his dues on this account. In case, after checking & attending the blockage, if it is not possible to rectify the blockage within 08 hrs, the fact shall be brought to the notice of Engr-in-Charge by the contractor/ his rep immediately and if Engineer-in-Charge is satisfied with the facts brought by the contractor, no recovery shall be made on this account. (iii) All T&P required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra. (iv) The above all aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item.
