Amount

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.

(a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

( b ) Add extra for cutting lateriate/sandstone. 1) Cutting with chisel.

Supply and delivery of following materials at site:-

a.) Supply and delivery of 250 mm dia. 8 mm thick MS pipe .

b.)M.S. Flange for 250 mm dia. Pipe.and 20 mm thick .

c.) Mechanical joint for 250 mm dia. Pipe line .

d)M.S. 250 mm dia. 90' bend .

De-watering from the excavated trenches for repairing any pipe line including hiring charges of pump / carriage / fule & lubricants/ operators etc. for big dia pipe more then 200 mm dia all complete as per direction of EIC.

Welding in M.S. structural work with gas or electric: (a) Continuous weld.

Laying of 250 mm dia. M.S. Pipe with all supplied materials of item no.2 and necessary making flange joint, bend ,connnection of old pipe line with new pipe line with supplied item all complete.

Wraping coating on the outer surface of 250 mm dia M.S pipe with 2 mm thick coal tar tape x 2 layer on synthetic based coal tar primer of any approved make including epoxy painting at the inner surface of pipe with 2 coats of EPULUX 78 HPTL. (White) or any similar type on 2 coats of epoxy based primer GPE matric of Barger paints India Ltd or any approved make after Derusting, brushing, cleaning and smoothening the outer surfaces by sand blasting and inner surfaces by scrapping & cleaning and exposing the original surface all complete with requistic materials labours, consumables etc including stacking of coated piped properly as per specification, direction and satisfaction of EIC and as per tecnical specification.

Withdrawing of existing old C.I. pipe line after dismantling of lead joints and stacking at road side flank.

Carrying of withdrawing C.I. Pipe from working place at Dabor Clliery to Kalyaneswari Water Works by hire vehicle including loading and unloading by manual labour and stacking to Stack yard properly by manual labour and as per direction of E.I.C. ( 750 Mtrs approx.)

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation
