Appendix C : Preventive Maintenance

55.4:Supplying and stacking 36mm size hard broken stone in standard heaps for measurement.

55.8.a:Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective materials removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 36mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface.

OD129473/2024-2025:Filling up potholes with bituminous ready mix compound (25kg bag ) and compacting by ramming to get a compact surface including of cost materials, laying charges, transportation to site etc. complete. Rate is arrived for a bag of 25kg

3.15:Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres by Mechanical Means <br>

4.12:Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

5.1.a:Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion ( SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 - 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

5.2.b:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared Granular Surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

OD129474/2024-2025:Mix seal surfacing providing, laying and rolling of close - graded premix surfacing material of 20mm thickness composed of 11.2mm to 0.9mm Type - A aggregate using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 KN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical specification clause 509 of MORD (Usage of bitumen is 22.00 kg /(10m2) By Manual Means

55.15:Refurbishment of existing signboardsRefurbishment of existing signboards of all size except gantry mounted ones to their original reflectivity & position by removing obstructions like overgrowth vegitation etc ,if any,washing the signboards with water & soap solution to remove all dirt, oil etc. , correcting any dislocations including minor repairs, replacement of lost nut and bolts etc complete.

12.1.B.1:Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. 10.1:Restoration of rain cuts with soil, moorum, gravel or a mixture of these, clearing the loose soil, benching for 300 mm width, laying fresh material in layers not exceeding 250 mm and compacting with a plate compactor or power rammers to restore the original alignment, levels, and slopes

3.24.A:Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil by mechanical Means to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions to the requirement of clause 301 and 309. Excavated material to be used in embankment within a lead of 50 metres (average lead 25 metres)<br>

Appendix D : Routine Inspection

OD129478/2024-2025:Conducting and Reporting Routine Inspection for the entire length of the Project Road frequency of 7 days throughout the agreement period of the Running Contract as directed by the departmental officers at site
