Planning, Designing, and Construction/Renovation of for 50 Bed Critical Care Block with District Integrated Public Health Lab Building on EPC Basis with required services and utilities including handing over complete as per BOD and directions of Engineer In charge: Foundation, Structure, Flooring, Finishing, Doors/Windows, External Facade Work, False Ceiling, Panelling, Steel work railing etc. and Services viz. Internal HVAC & Mechanical works, Modular OT works, Internal Electrification works, Internal Firefighting, ELV, Internal & External Water Supply, Sanitary, Sewerage, Rain Water Harvesting, Fire Protection System, Lifts, Solar Hot Pump, Lightning conductors, Signages, Boundary Wall including Gates, Landscaping, Horticulture, Under Ground & Overhead RCC Water tanks for Domestic & Firefighting, Water treatment plant- with Civil, Piping & Services works complete as required for the building. Electrical Works such as electrical cabling (including Trench work) from the existing power source to main panels and subpanels (Floor wise) across buildings. This scope covers all necessary support services and allied facilities, ensuring full compliance with stipulated specifications and seamless handover of the completed works as per the Basis of Design (BOD) Fire Fighting System inside fire pump room comprising of Fire Pumps, piping, valves, vessels and accessories etc including external hydrant ring main system, FHC, fire brigade inlet/ drawout connection etc. with support services & allied facilities. Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of a Centralized Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) for a 50-Bed Critical Care Block, including construction of centralized MGPS rooms, as per standard norms.
