Dismantling and taking down U/S copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket, power) complete fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, lamp holder, light fitting etc including CI/Pressed steel terminals, switch box, and making good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc, to match with the existing surfaces of wall/floor complete all as specified and directed. Note :- If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding.

Note :- If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable single core 1100 Volt grade in and including rigid PVC conduit medium grade 20mm dia or more ISI Marked casing caping /surface conduit and conduit accessories and cutting chases of suitable girth where required on brick/concrete surface & making good disturbed surface,provision of CI/Pressed steel terminal switch box for normal piano switch/socket ,with plastic laminated sheet 3 mm thick fixed with brass screw and washers for normal piano switch / socket, or provision of PVC gang box where required along with 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable ( FRLSH ) as earth wire connected with main common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (a) One light/fan/exhaust fan/bell point controlled by one, one-way Piano type switch 5/6 Amp. Note:- (i) Cost of cutting chases of suitable girth where required on brick /concrete surface and making good disturbed surface shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates ii) If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. One 3pin/5pin 5/6 Amps socket out let on same board with other switch , one-way Piano type switch complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of electric connection & taking down PVC/XLPE LT cable off sizes, fixing on wall with MS Clamps including make proper/ suitableon wall hole if require & reconnection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying ,laying, commisioning,and testing of 1.1KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed steel armoured aluminium stranded conductor LT UG cable ( conforming to IS7098) ISI marked in trenches/ducts/through GI pipes under roads of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The earth work ,GI pipe shall measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch A.

Supplying ,laying, commisioning,and testing of 1.1KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed steel armoured aluminium stranded conductor LT UG cable ( conforming to IS7098) ISI marked in trenches/ducts/through GI pipes under roads of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The earth work ,GI pipe shall measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch A.

Supplying ,laying, commisioning,and testing of 1.1KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed steel armoured aluminium stranded conductor LT UG cable ( conforming to IS7098) ISI marked in trenches/ducts/through GI pipes under roads of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The earth work ,GI pipe shall measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch A.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable and fixing poles, stays etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of steel tublar pole 9 mtr long straight /tublar and mild steel work such as cross arm, clamp, nuts,bolts etc incl preparation of old painted surface and painting with black and yellow strip 30 cm long starting from black in alternate pattern up to 1.2 mtr height above couping and writting pole No with black paint having existing letter size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement junction box made from SMC/FRP sheet ready made of size 300 X200X 100 mm having 100 A capacity for RYB and neutral with aluminum busbar with 4 way connector fixed to pole /Wall with MS clamp 25 X 5 mm and nut bolts.including MCB SP 6 Amp 10 KA 240V with aluminium lugs - 01 No complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labor for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick weld directly in ground.
