Providing partitions and other minor civil works for making cabins at CSB 3103, 3105, 3106 and 3108 in IISER campus, Vithura

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately)

Fixed Portion Anodised/powder coated aluminium (Aluminium sections alone will be supplied by IISER at free of cost all other materials like aluminium angles, screws, fischer, rivets, beadings, etc shall be provided by the contractor)

Re-fixing the departmentally aluminium doors shutters (size- width upto 1.0m & height up to 2.2 m) and altering the dimension of the door shutter to required size if required with required hinges, screws, etc complete all as directed by EIC. (IF the fittings like door closer, stopper, lock is in good condition, then the same shall be reused refixed without extra charges)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium/wooden door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket/wooden beading etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge.

With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (Glass alone will be supplied by department at free of cost- resizing and all other works shall be done by the contractor)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer in-charge.

Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides (Particle boards alone will be supplied by department at free of cost- resizing and all other works shall be done by the contractor)

Providing and fixing bright finished aluminium door lock without pair of handles of approved quality for aluminium door, with necessary screws etc complete as per direction of Engineerin-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete.
