Cutting opening in cement concrete walls (any descript-ion) with or without reinforcement for door, window and other openings (with or without reveals) or enlarging existing openings, including trimming surfaces to receive rendering, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting/cutting connection and taking out HT U/G cables of any size from existing trench/location and re-routing the same in new trench/location complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) : Cable cover obtained from above item shall be credited in schedule of credit. (ii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.
