Supply and fix anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with 605mm x 605mm size, consisting of main Tee of size 23.50mmx36.50mmx1.50mm, cross Tee of size 23.50mmx23.50mmx1.50mm and wall angle of size 36.00mmx25.00mmx1.50mm of approved make including all necessary cuttings, fixing of aluminium section firmly in position with and including steel hangers 6 mm dia G.I. wire (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 40 mm long in soffit of slab/walls including provision of 12mm thick perforated particle board for insulation and acoustic purpose 600mmx600mm size, fixed in ceiling, flat or sloping complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces on wall and applying two coat of acrylic distemper over one coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing second class hard wood plain fillets exceeding 13 Sqcm and not exceeding 25 Sqcm, rectangular or triangular in section, clean swan, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing second class hard wood plain fillets not exceeding 3 Sqcm, bull nosed splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face, clean swan, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for treating new wood/wood based surface of any description and girth with two coats of creosote oil including necessary preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour for 12mm thick veneered decorative plywood(7 Nos ply) grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers one face fixed with nails to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for french polishing on surfaces of any description width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats omplete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks, built in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finishing even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Granite 25mm thick ( of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and the like cement mortar 1 :4 including pointing in white cement using marble dust in 1:2 with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.
