Providing and fitting of deep groove ball bearing for driving end of 1000HP/750KW HT slip ring induction motor S.No. 134429 at Tawi Pump House, Jammu by disconnecting slip ring leads and HT side cable connections and rotor cables, decoupling of pump and motor, dismantling slip ring assembly along with damaged carbon brush bracket holders with carbon brushes, draining out all the motor oil from the oil chamber, hoisting and keeping the motor on horizontal position. Dismantling of top and bottom end covers, extraction of top thrust bearing with puller. Extraction of rotor from the stator, extraction of the old damaged ball bearing No. 6326 MC3 from the rotor with the help of bearing puller and suitable tools and tackles without harming rotor and stator windings. Providing and fitting of new DE side ball bearing No. 6326MC3 to 750 KW/1000 HP HT motor of reputed make by applying recommended quantity of servo gem 3 grease. Handling and servicing of motor by way of cleaning the rotor and stator winding, removing dust from rotor and stator winding, all the air vents of stator by applying air pressure using blower /compressor and then cleaning with chemical and varnishing Rotor and stator windings by applying two coats of Dr Beck Becktol Red varnish. Testing motor on full load. Providing of carbon brush holder assembly (locking arrangement) made of material of required grade; composition and specification as per sample and fitting to 750KW/1000HP motor. Set comprises of 6 no. brush holders (made of gun metal) and each having provision of holding 2 no. copper carbon brushes (total 12 no.) of size 32x38x55mm with tension springs and pin holding slots for different adjustments. Re assembling the rotor with the stator and other accessories. The job includes mounting /fitting of the motor skirt, aligning and coupling the motor with pump and then making all the electrical connections and testing the motor. Complete job includes cost of material & other allied materials and labour charges.
