Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, errection of poles and stays not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth and getting out in for any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m from the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick (punned down to 10cm thick) after laying and stretching the cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note :- Punned down thickness (Overall 18cm) shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply & fixing busbar chamber outdoor type weather proof, made out of 2 mm thick MS Sheet with front and rear opening , powder coated, dust and vermin proof IP-66 protection comprising of 04 Nos aluminium strips each of 100 Amps 60 cm long having 10 cm min distance from the body duly insulated mounted on epoxy insulators in horizontal position in strapped manner with 4 no. mounting legs made out of 40 mm x40mm x 6 mm angle iron grouted in PCC block (30cm depth below GL and 60 cm above GL) in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm grade crashed stone aggregate) and connection with size of aluminum thimbles, nuts, bolts and washers including cable glands at entry and outlet point including excavation and earth work, returning filling and removal of surplus soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate 600x600x6mm thick electrode and 32x6mm GI strip as earthing lead burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 incl 40 mm dia med grade GI protection pipe,20 mm dia GI med grade watering pipe, funnel,wire mesh,charcoal dust,PCC pit and 50 mm thick RCC cover,earth work in any type of soil,connected to earthing test point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge or directed and testing.
