Dismentaling C.C. or brick or granolithic floor or floor to be stone flagged or tiled floor including base concrete stacking of dismentled material with in 60M distence.

Dismentalling of doors & windows, including chowkhats, with hold fast & including stacking of dismantled materials, as directed by Engeneer-in Charge within a distence of 60meter.

Supplying & fixing 6mm (1/4'') China white glazed in flooring or skirtting dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished white cement slurry jointing and polishing complete including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Mild steel sections such as rods, angles, tie, flats and etc. on one coat of primer and two coat of enamal paint with cleanig the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign metter, sand papering, and stopping including cost of material, labour and T&P. paint shall be use per standard IS specifications.

Suppling & Fixing angle choukhet with ISNT40X-40X6 with fabrication and all complet material.

Supplying & fixing of flush doors commercial quality confirming to IS:2202 Part I (1983)including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges bolts lock handles spring fittings with screws etc.

Cement concrete flooring upto 40mm thick with laying 75 mm thick base concrete for floring including all materail. Labour and T & P etc.

Suppling & fixing angle iron window with ISA 35X35X4, T 35X35X4 and 10 mm sq bar grill, glass, wire mash with fabrication and all complet material

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick with MS sheet gate as per spacification etc.

Laying Brick work C.M. 1:6 Mix cement & coarse sand including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete.

M-150 brick work in 1:6 (one cement and four coarse sand sand of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work.

P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level.
