Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, soft and hard rock including chiseling wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) if required and saturated soil and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required line, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge at site and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts on acquired width of the road and transportation of material for filling in road ways, camber, embankment, grade improvement and disposal of all surplus material in all leads and lifts to the approved dumping site through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling and fine dressing complete in all height and depth.The work shall be carried out as per technical specification clause 1603.1 and 1603.2 and the work by all means (if any required) recovery for useful stone of 23.29 cum @ 300/- cum amounting to Rs.6,987/- only shall be done on prorate basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect including all leads and lifts of material and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etcetera in all classification of soil dry in or saturated conditions upto any depth and lift includung pumping and bailing out water where required including stacking the serviceable and unserviceable materials seperately as directed and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimeters layers when required into plinth and sides of foundation etcectra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus un-serviceable excavated earth within all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts disposed materials to be neatly levelled.

Excavation in drain and channels etc. in all kinds of classification of soil Viz,such as pick work, Jumper work, blasting work and hard blasting work saturated soil including dressing of side and bed disposing of excavated earth upto any lead and upto any lift as per the diraction of the Engineer-In-Charge disposed earth to be levelled and eatly dressed within all leads and lifts.

Earth work in excavation in all kind of classification of soil in foundation of structures upto all depth/ height as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1104 includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material and disposal of all surplus excavated earth in specified site and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.

Providing from work with mild steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5mm(Thirty into thirty into five millimeter ) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting , propping and centring with wooden battens and ballies in all heights below supporting floor to celling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work, including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing and laying rainforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (twenty five) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. The mix shall be design as per requrement of I.S code and PWD specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer-in Charge prior to the cashy. The thoriual consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S code including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Distempering two coats with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat distemper primer of approved brand and manufracture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

White washing with lime on decorated wall surfaces (two coats)to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foregien matter including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge.
