Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and depth for carrying out repairs to jointing pipe and getting out in soft/ loose soil including dewatering of sub soil water complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1.00 above but in Soft/Disintegrated rock (For road /hard standing cutting) complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pillar to support the pipe lines including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surfaces of concrete fair and even complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, fix and testing in repair of 150 mm dia medium grade 4.85mm thick MS ERW pipe including MS specials and flanged joint with flanges, rubber gusket in trench/above GL on PCC support including dismantling taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Flange joint with flange shall be measured and paid separately

Supply & fix in repair CI non raising spindle sluice valve with cast iron wheel of size 150 mm bore, class PN-1.6 with SS spindle with brass nut, both ends flanged confirming to IS-14846 with standard bolts hole, fixing with nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc., complete in position of pipe line including dismantling taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair CI non raising spindle sluice valve with cast iron wheel of size 80 mm bore, class PN-1.6 with SS spindle with brass nut, both ends flanged confirming to IS-14846 with standard bolts hole, fixing with nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc., complete in position of pipe line including dismantling taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair laid in trench steel water tubing galvanised medium grade 150mm bore including fittings & fixures including dismantling taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Flange joint with flange shall be measured and paid separately

Supply & Fix in repair Hydrant valve single headed, flanged type 80mm including CP male coupling 63mm including dismantling taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair Hydrant valve double headed, flanged type 80mm including CP male coupling 63mm including dismantling taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repair fire hose pipe of 63mm dia (as per IS-8423) and 15 mtr long for bust pressure of 35.7 kg / sqm. The hose shall be complete with ISI mark and brass male and female coupling bound & reveted to hose pipe with suitable clamp including taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & fix in repair internal hose box made of 2mm thick MS sheet 800mm x 600mm x 250mm with double door with 4mm thick glasses and door frame of 2mm thick MS sheet, painted fire red outside and brilliant white inside surface including dismantling taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & Fix in repair first aid hose reel, wall mounting swinging type complete with drum and bracket of MS construction, spray painted in post office red, complete with 36 mtr long 20mm dia water hose thermoplastic (textile rainforced), 25mm dia gunmetal ball valve & nozzle, connection from riser with gunmetal stop valve and MS pipe including dismantling taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed .

Material & labour for painting of fire hydrant with one coat of synthetic enamel Fire Red colour, sluice valve with black and writing letter for serial number of hydrant and identification code complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & Fix in repair chequred MS plate 6mm thick in pump house over pipe duct/manhole/inlet-outlet point with cutting to required size including dismantling taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & fix Rubber insulating MAT of size 2 mm thick, 1 mtr width for insulation upto 3.3 KV to place in front of Starter panel board including dismantling taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix MS flange internally threaded suitable for 150mm dia ERW/GI pipe hole, 10 mm thick and 08 Nos drilled hole for bolts, fixed to pipe end with electric welding complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for attending break down of 150 mm bore MS/GI pipepipe line bursting/cracks and including cleaning/removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes MS/CI collar/Mechanical joints etc., as per site requirement, testing for leakages and necessary dewatering by using necessary pupms, mechanical excavator complete all as specified and as directed. Note 1:- The quoted rate is deemed to be include the following:- (i) Arrangement of suitable pump sets for dewatering at the time of breakdown. (ii) Necessary labour/trade men for attending immergency break down . (iii) Labour element required for fixing CI/DI/MS pipes, specials fittings (iv) All earth work to carry out manually as well mechanical excavator and keep mechanical excavator stand by till completion of the work
