Dismantling and joinery Works

Dismantling of; (1) roofing, (2) wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height (3) steel workin built up section in angles, tees, flats and channels (4) cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls (5) doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood ) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc., (6) tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar. Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood ), Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal, Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means and stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing M.S. tubular frames for doors, windows, ventilators, and cupboards with rectangular/L-type sections, including M.S. grills of required pattern and fly-proof wire gauze with M.S. flats. Supplying and fixing second-class teak wood for door and window frames, and panelled or panelled and glazed shutters, including panelling and glazing works. Removing, repairing, and refixing existing door and window shutters for proper operation. Supplying and fixing oxidised M.S. tower bolts, hasps and staples (safety type), and ISI-marked stainless steel butt hinges. Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators, and partitions with necessary fittings, hinges/pivots, and EPDM/neoprene gaskets, along with glazing and stainless steel (SS 304) adjustable friction window stays, all complete as per specifications.

Roofing and Ceiling Works

This includes fabrication and installation of steel tubular trusses using hot-finished welded tubes, fixing corrugated G.I. sheet roofing of 0.63 mm thickness with 275 g/m² zinc coating including painting and accessories, and providing ridges or hips. Ceiling works comprise providing and fixing false ceiling, aluminium framework for false ceiling with powder-coated aluminium sections, and G.I. level adjusting hangers with ceiling cleats and dash fasteners.

Finishing Works

Repairs to damaged plaster in patches, construction of solid block masonry for superstructure, reinforced cement concrete work in beams, slabs and other structural components, centering and shuttering works for slabs and edges, providing and fixing steel reinforcement, dismantling of old plaster or skirting, and providing new cement plaster to walls, all complete as directed.

Flooring Works

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls of any thickness including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, and sunken floors up to floor five level, excluding centering, shuttering and finishing; Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membranewith resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top ofconcrete roof in three coats, Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes and also providing and fixing first quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of approved make and colour in skirting, risers of steps, and dados over a cement mortar bed, including jointing and pointing with white cement mixed with matching pigment to achieve a neat finish.

Painting Works

The work includes removing existing white or colour wash and preparing the surface smooth, applying primer coats on wall and wood surfaces, painting walls with plastic emulsion paint to achieve an even shade, finishing exterior walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint, and applying synthetic enamel paint on new and old wood or metal surfaces to provide a uniform finish.

Plumbing Works:

The plumbing works include supplying and fixing CP towel rods, stainless steel soap dishes, and superior-quality CP health faucets. It also involves providing and fixing PVC floor traps with stainless steel grating covers and CPVC pipes for hot and cold water supply, along with PVC pipes and fittings of various diameters for both concealed and exposed work. The work further includes providing and fixing PVC moulded fittings such as vent cowls, elbows, bends, door tees, and sockets. Installation of C.P. brass long body bib cocks, angle valves, stop cocks (both concealed and PTMT types), and CP brass bottle traps are included. Additionally, the scope covers the provision and fixing of CP brass single lever telephonic wall mixers, C.P. brass shower roses, white vitreous china pedestal type European water closets with flushing cisterns, and white vitreous china wash basins with brackets, pillar taps, and associated fittings, all completed as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Electrical Works

Supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning of electrical items such as 8-way (4+24) double door horizontal type TP&N sheet steel MCB distribution board (without MCB/RCCB/Isolator), miniature circuit breakers of 5A to 32A rating, 40A four-pole isolator, and 40A four-pole 415V RCCB with 300mA sensitivity, including all necessary connections and testing. It also includes earthing work with G.I. earth plate (600mm × 600mm × 6mm), G.I. strip (25mm × 5mm), and 4mm (8 SWG) copper earthing conductor. Installation of 15L 5-star rated storage type electric water heater with necessary accessories and flexible connection, and supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 1200mm sweep, 5-star rated BLDC ceiling fan with all standard fittings and electronic regulator are included. Wiring for light and call bell points using 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit with piano-type switches, MS boxes, and proper earthing with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS copper conductor cable is also part of the work. All works shall be completed as per standard specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
