Taking down carefully copper/ aluminum point wiring (Light, fan, socket, power and Bell) including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp, holder, regulators, sockets light fittings etc, removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit, and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for point wiring for modular accessories with modular metal flush box and cover plate with frame of suitable size complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade drawn through metallic rigid / PVC heavy duty concealed conduit/ casing capping/open coduit with 1.5 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade as earth continuity wire terminated in new modular sunken boxes and modular metal flush box as required size at site incl all connected accessories, box made from not less than 1.6mm GI sheet factory made complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge. for one light controlled by one switch complete

Supply and fixing in replacement for Pluto Panel surface/recess mounted 2'x2', 36 watt 230 v, 50 Hz, 120 lm/W, smart colour temperature, CCT controllable with remote control with dimming and CCT changes from 2700k to 6500 k housing having CRCA coated which provides soft-light and glare free symmetrical illumination including connection up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete in repairs with galvanised steel earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to and including galvanised earth lead as eGI strip of 32X6mm dia by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts and washer etc made of galvanised iron and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.3 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation/earth work in any type of strata, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50 mm thick in reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM jali weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm), cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 40 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. Any addition in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.
