Excavation in earth work and filling in 15cm layers in foundation and plinth i/c ramming and dressing ground up to alead in all lead and lift . As per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto all heights and stacking the excavated soil in all specified distance. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all the surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts disposed earth to be levelled neatly dressed.

Providing and laying cement conrete 1:5:10(1cement: 5sand: 10graded stone aggregate 25mm nominal size) and curring complete exculding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Random rubble masonary/polygonal rubble masonary un-coursed/brought courses with hard stone of approved quallity in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cwement:6sand: 12graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand).

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick weled with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping and cenring below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-stu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- a) Foundation, footing bases of colums etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars, post and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain.upto floor two level.

c) Beams, cantilevers, girders & lintels, sides & soffits or beams, beam haunchings, cantilvers bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1mtrs in depth.

Providing & laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5sand: 3 well graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) proportionally by weight of cement not less than 400 kg/cum minimum M-20 grade and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all height as per HPPWD specifications with updated BIS norms. a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pilasrs, posts and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain.

c) Suspending floors roofs landing & shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Providing tor steel reinforcement (Fe 415/ Fe-500 D as per design) for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in postion complete upto all floor levels.

Excavation in earth work and banking in 20 cm layers including breaking clods, ramming and dressing ground for the purpose of making emabankment or filling up ground depressions upto all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering,ramming,consolidating and dressing complete.

Boulder filling under floors.

P/F metal strips of 1:6mm thickness in junction/ joints of floors. a) 38 mm wide aluminium strips.

Finishing with floating coat of neat cement slurry.

Brick work using common clay burnt building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto all heights with in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) Ist class bricks.

Supply and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80mmx1.25mm MS laths interlocked toigether through their entire length and joined togther at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shalft ,with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push pull operations complete but excluding cost of the top cover and spring. Shutters having width below 3.5 mtr.

Providing and fixing top covers for rolling shutters having width below 3.50 mtr.

Providing and fixing angle iron door frame double rebate manufatured from two angle section of 40x40x6mm and MS flat 30x5mm as per drawing and design including hinges jambs locks and if required angle threshhold of MS angle 50x25mm welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means lugs with split and tail to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5mm thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber specified and applying a coat of approvede steel primer after proper pretreatment of surfaces as directed by Engineer ion charge. i/c including carriage of material within all leads & lifts .

Providing and fixing MS grills or required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc.with Msflats square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws.plain grills.

Steel work welded in built, up saction in trusses and framed work including cutting hosting fixed in position & applying a priming coat of red lead paint in :- a)In trusses and trussed purlins.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia mter with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ridges 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20microns over 5 mocrones primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 6 mm dia meter with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required asper the direction of Engineer- in- charge.

Providing and fixing 15cm wide 45cm overall semicircular plain G.I.sheet qutter with iron brackets 40x3 mm size bolts and nuts and washers etc. including making necessary connections with rain water pipe complete as per design. 0.63mm thick sheet.

Providing & fixing M.S. BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/ facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately).

Distempering (two coats) with oil boud washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and menufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other forign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer.
