Earth work excavation in all classes of soils and sub soils to full depth or as directed except in rock requiring blasting and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 5 Km including all labour charges for loading and unloading and conveyance charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge as per clause 301 of MoRTH

Providing and laying of Gravel including cost and conveyance of the same to work site from approved quarry including stacking the same to departmental gauge for premeasurement including all labour charges for laying, spreading, levelling and compacting with power roller etc., complete as directed by the engineer incharge and as per standard specifications of MoRTH Clause 408

Rectification of damaged Bus Shelter and Painting work

Plain cement concrete M 15 Grade (Ratio 1:2:4) using HBG crushed stone jelly of size 20mm gauge including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, cost of soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying curing etc., complete complying with standard specification of MoRTH Clause 1700 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for levelling course of the flooring for Bus shelter.

Paving the first quality Ceramic floor tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing prepared concrete floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, cost and conveyance of all materials to site, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 kg / sq.m etc., complete complying with standard specification. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by the Engineer before use on work)

Painting the old Iron works with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint , including cost and conveyance of paint to site, labour charges for thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and painting etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the engineers incharge

Supplying and fixing of name board using vinyl stickers with the back support of 5 mm thick form board including cost of materials, all labour charges for fixing in position as directed by the Engineer incharge and all other incidental charges etc., complete for Bus shelters

Replacing the damaged bus shelter sheet with the same quality and thickness including cost and conveyance of all materials to site , all labour charges for fixing in position as directed by the Engineer incharge and all other incidental charges etc., complete

Replacing the damaged MS pipe in the Bus shelter with the same quality and guage including cost of MS pipe and other materials, all labour charges for fixing in position as directed by the Engineer incharge and all other incidental charges etc., complete

Providing and fixing of KM stone and HM stone

Supplying and fixing of Precast RCC KM stone (Size 1.65 x 0.45 x 0.15m) including painting, fixing and lettering including cost of all material, transportation and labour charges etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Replacing of Missing sign board and providing new signages

Providing and fixing of Retro Reflectorised Cautionary/ Mandatory informatory Signs (without definition board) made of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting confirming to IRC 67 - 2010 and ASTM D 4956 - 09, Type IV Specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mm x 25mm x 3mm mild steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painter asa per IRC 67 -2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. High intensity Retro reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coeffiecient of recto reflection as per table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The retor - reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 years warranty issued for field performance and certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67-2012(As per MORT&H specification No.801

Replacing of damaged Metal beam Crash Barrier

Replacing the damaged single sided single guard metal beam crash barrier system 1.70m high comprising of 3 mm thick wall "W" beams posts and spacer channel shall be made by cold roll forming using HR conform to IS 5986 Fe 410/360 and dip galvanized having Zinc mass of 550 grams /Sqm, minimum 950m above road/ground level fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post 150x75x5mm spaced 2m center to center 312mm x83mmflange width x 3mm thick, 4318mm long post directly embedded in the concrete (M15) pit size 350x350x800mm for a depth of 750mm below ground. All fixing bolts and nuts hot dip galvanized conforming to IS:1367 clause 4.60 etc complete as per clause 811 of MoRTH specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge

Repairing of damaged Paver blocks in hard shoulders

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded garding III Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRTH for hard shoulders

Removing and refixing of heavy duty factory made hydraulically pressed and mechanically compacted pre-cast uniregular interlocking paver blocks of 60mm thick, M 30 grade strength preparation of sub base with compacted thickness of 50mm M.Sand including levelling,laying of interlocking paver block with M.Sand binding and final compaction with plate compactor finishing the surface including cutting of blocks at the edges with all labour and materials etc complete as per Clause 410 of MoRTH specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (40% removed blocks & 60% new blocks) for hard shoulders

Hiring of JCB and Tipper

Towards the hiring charges for engaging JCB and Tipper including fuel and operator charges and all other incidental charges for cutting high berms and disposal of the cut earth from the site as directed by the Engineer incharge and asper the Standard Specifications
