Financial turnover certificate for the atleast last 5 years (CA certificate along with UDIN number to be submitted) The financial turnover of minimum 6 lakh is essential in any one of the last 5 financial years

Last three years IT returns shall be furnished

The tenderer shall be a registered service provider and shall furnish company firm registration certificate

A Valid PAN card shall be furnished
