2nd class brick work using common burnt clay building work in super structure in foundation and plith in cement mortar 1:6 including leads,lifts and carriage of material.

Steel work welded in built up section, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and appliying a priming coat of read lead paint. In beam joists, channels angles, tees, flats with connection plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beam hip and jack rafters purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

Providing and fixing courrugated galvanised iron sheet roofing fixed with galvanised J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers filled with white lead complete excluding cost of purlins,rafters and trusses 0.80 mm thick sheet. item no. 14560000

P/L (a) 20mm thick plastering in 2 coats, backing coat 10mm and finishing coat10mm on fair side of brick/stone masonary walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in grith and finished even and smooth cement morter 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Distemperig with dry distemper of approved brand & manufacture (two coats) & of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over & including primer coat of whiting after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings & other foreign matters including preparing the surface even & sand pre pared smooth.
