Manning and operation of Diesel Engine generator sets (30 KVA-01 installed near MT and 15 KVA-01 installed at Technical Building with mannual starting at DIBER Fileld Station Auli (Joshimath) for feeding electric supply to Main Office, Guest House, Technical building, Laboratories,Poly/Glass Houses during failure of electric supply from UPCL and in low voltage problem or as when reqd by employing one FGM/DG Operator ITI qualified or equivalent certificate from govt institution or 10 years experiences in the relavant trade including T&P for one shift daily of eight hours duration commencing from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs all days including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed.

Manning and operation of sluice valves installed various locations in DIBER Field Station Auli (Joshimath) and repair/maintenance of pipe line (any type of water leakage water supply pipe line) by employing one Pipe fitter/Valve Man (skilled) ITI qualified or equivalent certificate from govt institution or 10 years experiences in the relavant trade including T&P having full knowledge of operating Sluice Valves including carry out minor reapirs to pipe lines and for operation and control of sluice valve/ gate valve/stop valve fitted in water supply pipe line in DIBER area and from Balugethera to DIBER Field Station Auli (Joshimath) , and distribute water as per schedule in one shift of eight hours of two separate hours viz. 04 hours from 0600 hours to 1000 hours in morning and 04 hours from 1330 hours to 1730 hours in evening all days including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Item No 1 & 2 :- (a) The contractor has full resposcibility to maintain the surrounding area neat and clean (b) Safety precaution should be maintained properly. Safety shoes,belt, helmet etc. required to the working staff would be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. The same is included in this schedule. (c) T&P required for maintenance and repair work will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. The same is included in this schedule. (d) Dress to the working staff will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. (e) Daily attendance register, Log Book will be maintained by the contractor properly. (f) Daily attendance register,Log Books and statonary required for this work will be provided by the contractor wihout any extra cost. (g) The work will be carried out 7 days week. Necessary reliever will be provided by the contractor without extra cost to the Govt.

General notes for contract:- (i) Contractor will make the payment of tradesmen/operator/mazdoor through bank account only though ECS/NEFT/Cheque. Bank statement in respect of payment made to all employees/labours will be submitted 5th day of every month after payment and before RAR payment. (ii) A certificate as per given in PS clause for paying the EPF to all employees/labours be submitted by contractor before claming RAR payment. (ii) Group insurance of employed labours/tradesmen will be done by contractor and the copy of the same be submitted in the office as per labour regulation act. (iv) ID proof and a police verification of all labours/tradesmen/supervisor be submitted in AGE(I) office immediately after acceptence of tender to issue security passes.
