DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS
Bed Ply Top (FD-214, 246 ) -(a) S&F12mm thick plywood BWR Grade, approved quality in single piece as per drawing without any joint to the bed frame with suitable screws wood/steel with cup washer including removal of damaged ply wood all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(b) S&F in repairs to 1st quality teak wood long rail as per existing size of Bed including removal of damaged long rail all as specified on drawing or as directed .(Each long rail will be measured as single unit)
(c) All as per item No. 1 (b), but short rail all as specified on drawing or as directed . (Each short rail will be measured as single unit)
(d) S&F in reapirs to head board consisting of 60 x 30 x 260mm vertical size and 30 x 60 x 400mm horizontal including legs of size 60 x 60mm in section at top and length 400mm from bottom of leg and 30 x 30mm in section at bottom complete including removal of damaged head board all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(e) All as per item No. 1 (d), but foot board consisting of 22 x 75mm in section teak battens 3 Nos at equal space, joining top and bottom horizontal rails of foot board. The top and bottom horizontal rails of size 30 x 60mm shall be 1st quality of teak wood. The vertical legs above horizontal rails shall be 30 x 60mm all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(f) S&F in reapirs to new 1st quality teak wood stiffeners of size 40 x 60mm complete including removal of damaged stiffiners all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(g) S&F in reapirs to 4mm thick OST plywood commercial of size 780 x 340mm including 12mm dia half round teak wood beading of both side of head board including removal of damaged ply all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(h) S&F in reapirs to 4mm thick OST plywood commercial of size 780 x 180mm including 12mm dia half round teak wood beading of both side of foot board including removal of damaged ply all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(j) S&F in repairs to flat iron of mild steel clamps of size 35mm x 5mm, bents to right angle on each corners of Bed ply top all as specified on drawing or as directed .
Chair dining(FD-16, 203, 279 ) - (a) Removing the existing unserviceable rear leg and providing with new teak wood rear leg complete all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(b) Removing the existing unserviceable front leg and providing with new teak wood front leg complete all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(c) Removing the existing unserviceable back rest and providing new teak wood back rest slightly curved complete all as specified on drawing or as directed .

Chair wooden bottom without arms(FD-56, 225, 285 ) - (a) Removing of existing unserviceable seat and provide new seat made out of 6mm thick plywood commercial to Chair wooden bottom with wood/steel screws, rest all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(b) Removing the existing unserviceable rear leg and providing with new teak wood rear leg complete all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(c) Removing the existing unserviceable front leg and providing with new teak wood front leg complete all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(d) Removing the existing unserviceable side rails and fixing new teak wood side rails complete all as specified on drawing or as directed .

Table dining 6 persons(FD-30, 239, 273 - (a) Replacement of existing unserviceable table top for Table dining 6 persons made out of prelaminated particle board 18mm thick with one side teak facing and balancing white on the other side and fixed with 18x4mm wooden beading (teak) on all the four sides all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(b) S&F in repairs to unserviceable damaged legs from Table dining 6 persons made out of first class hard wood (teak) complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
(c) S&F in repairs to unserviceable damaged side short rails from Table dining 6 persons made out of first class hard wood (teak) complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Teapoy Varandah (FD-255, 383) - (a) Replacement of frame of top (without top) of Teapoy Verandah and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint white colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed.
(b) M & L for welding of broken joints of Teapoy varandah including preparation of surface and appluing two coat of white synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed.
(c) Replacement of existing unserviceable table top for Teapoy verandah made out of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board teak facing on top and balancing white with on the other and all the four edges provided with teak wood beading size 18x4 mm all as specified on drawing all as specified on drawing or as directed . directed .
Charpoy GI Pipe Ply Top (FD-220) - (a) S&F in repair 12mm thick plywood as per IS:303 BWR Grade, approved Make in single piece as per drawing without any joint to the charpoy G I pipe ply top with suitable steel nut & bolt with washer including removal of damaged ply wood all as specified on drawing or as directed . Make- Green ply/Archid.
(b) Reassembling/Tightening the loose components of frame including welding of broken existing MS flat iron stiffners to the long rails before fixing of ply top with frame of charpoy GI pipe ply top complete all as specified & directed.
(c) S&F in repair MS flat iron stiffener of size 35x5mm made in half round shape fit to long rails as per requirement including welding to long rails of charpoy GI pipe ply top duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.
(d) S & F in repairs 32mm dia ISI medium grade of approved make, long rail for GI Chapoy pipe including removing unserviceable long rail, rest all as shown on drg and as directed.
(e) Making short rail for GI Charpoy obtained from item No.(d) above here-in-before cut in to length and threading including removing of existing unserviceable short rails all as specified and directed.
(f) Making leg for GI charpoy from short rail obtained from item No. (e) above here-in-before end threading other end provided with MNF clamp suitable for 19mm dia conduit pipe 3mm base plale welded at bottom and fixed in repairs as required as per drg.

Locker Bed Side wooden (FD-54/222) :- (a) Removing of unserviceable existing shutter including supply and fixing of new 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board shutter with one sideteaak shade and other side white shade of size 350x780 mm with one brass ball catch spring of suitablesize with steel wire spring fix with screws and 18/19mm wide shisham beading all around of shutter complete all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(b) Removing existing unserviceable hinges including supply and fix piaono type continueous hinges 18/19 mm wide leaf 780mm long cold rolled mild steel and fix with with screws of suitable size complete all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(c) Removing existing unserviceable plywood including supply and fix new plywood 6mm thick 3 ply commericial BWR Grade of size 750x850 mm thick fixed with screws of suitable size at 100mm diatance in repairs complete all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(d) Removing existing unserviceable hasps and staple including supply and fix new 100mm long Aluminium hasps and staple with suitable size of screws complete all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(e) Removing of old unserviceable bow handle including supply and fix new Aluminium bow handle of size 100mm long with suitable size of screws complete all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(f) Removing of old unserviceable bow wooden top including supply and fix new wooden top made from well seasoned 1st class hard wood shisham of exixting size at site of required length made to shape complete all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(g) M & L for preparation of Old/New exposed surface of locker bed side and applying two coat of high class Frech Polish till glossy finish complete all as specified on drawing or as directed .
Chair Varandah (FD-259) :- (a) Removing unserviceable plastic cane from chair verandah and painting of chair verandah and painting of chair frame with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and recanning of chair with 4mm wide half round plastic cane, canning shall be done as per Godrej pattern,complete all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(b) Repair/replacement of broken Leg, each one piece made of MS conduit pipe 16G, 19mm dia including welding and providing two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match the existing shade all as per drg and as directed .
(c) Removal of existing worn out painting including preparation of surface frame complete of the following steel furniture and M&L for applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint White/ Black over a coat of red oxide primer, rest all as shown on drg and as directed.
(d) Hard Rubber/PVC toe of superior quality as approved & as directed.
Chair CB Steel (FD-2045):- (a) M & L for preparation of chair CB Steel whole surface by way of scrapping , rubbing, cleaning and applying one coat of high class French polish till glossy finish complete all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(b) Repair/replacement of Flat iron strips 20mm x 3mm, two in numbers in each seat and back, shall be welded to frame of chair, rest all as shown on drg and as directed.
(c) Repairs/ replacement of seat frame made out of IInd class hard wood duly black painted and caned Godrej pattern for tubular steel chair CB with arms of overall size of seat frame 450x450mm, rest all as shown on drg and as directed.
(d) Repairs/ replacement of back frame made out of IInd class hard wood duly black painted and caned Godrej pattern for tubular steel chair CB with arms of overall size of seat frame 450x380mm, rest all as shown on drg and as directed.
(e) Replacement of hand rest made of second class hard wood (Godrej pattern) duly painted with black enamel paint as per existing size for tubular steel chair CBA with arms rest all as shown on drg and as directed,
(f) Hard Rubber/PVC toe of superior quality as approved & as directed.
Hat Stand with mirror (FD-233) ;- (a) Repair/replacement of broken mirror 5 mm thick for Hat stand with mirror of approved make with complete frame back all as specified on drawing or as directed .
(b) Repair/replacement of existing unserviceable Back of Hat stand with mirror and providing new Back of 6mm plywood commercial shall be fixed with headless nail, rest all as shown on drg and as directed.
(c) Repair/replacement of brass pegs with brass screw in place of broken/ lost pegs in hat stand with mirror, rest all as shown on drg and as directed.
