M & L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning the surfaces complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring for one light , fan, socket power point or buzzer controlled by one switch complete including fitting / fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, holder, socket, light fitting etc; and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc all as specified.

Taking down old burnt/unserviceable main switches and DB's including MCB SP/SPN/TPN of any make and any size, wooden board, junction box and making good distrubed surfaces of wall all as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLSH PVC insulated stranded copper conductor single core cable including non metalic PVC conduit medium grade of size 20mm dia concealed in wall, pressed steel concealed terminal boxes 2mm thick of required size and with top cover 3mm thick of plastic laminated sheet of reqd colour, painting terminal boxes inside with one coat red oxide primer and outside with black bituminouse paint complete with all accessories and all as specified including 1.5Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated sheathed solid copper conductor cable for continoues earth wire and earth and connected to earth dolly for following points stated below. Taking down carefully water heater storage type of any capacity from its position for repair/ overhauling by disconnecting complete electric/water supply connections, taking out geyser assembly repairing by minor welding of inner tank re-assembling the geyser and refixing the same with new hot/cold PVC geyser connection pipe by connecting electric/water supply connections including rectifying its fault and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of storage type geyser with copper inner tank of capacity 25 Ltrs, 2 KW, single phase 230V AC incl required hot/cold geyser PVC connection pipe, nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old u/s concealed submain wiring of any size from walls complete after disconnection all as specified and directed

Supply and draw submain wiring with two single core 6 sq mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded, sheathed conductor in concealed PVC conduit including 6 sq mm multi-strand FRLSH PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete and making good disturbed surface complete.
