Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, Jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/dewatering upto any lift, stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layer when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen millimetre ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. (Thirty x thirty x five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to all floor level and removal of same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work within all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Foundation,footings and bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs ,landings and the like floor etc. upto any thickness.

Columns, pillar, post and struts in square, rectangular or polygonal in plan any height.

Beams, cantilevers, girder and lintel, sides and soffits of beams, beam hunching, cantilevers, brsssumers and lintels upto any depth in all heights from level.

Edges of slab and breaks in floor and walls upto any width.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Filling in plith with sand under floors including watering,ramming,consolidating and dressing complete within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement: six sand: twelve graded/ crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement: four sand: eight graded/ crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre ) nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement: four sand: eight graded/ crushed stone aggregate 25mm (twenty five millimetre ) nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 ( M-Twenty five) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work . Providing and fixing moulded hand rail of M.S. hollow pipe 50mm ( Fifty Millimatre) dia welded in straight length over M.S. flat at top of vertical balusters including one coat of red oxide priming coat complete (M.S. flat & balusters of railings shall be mesaured & paid separetely)within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two costs (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters with enamel paint other than white

Applying a priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil , grease, dirt and other foreign matter , sand papering and knotting with ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink for all floor level within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) over new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping with enamel paint other than white for all floor level within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete. within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer complete within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for making the surface complete within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

6mm(Six millimetre ) cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 ( One cement: Three sand) for all floor level within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm(Fifteen milimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/stone/concrete walls for interior plastering up to floor any level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm(Eighty milimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm(Fifty millimetre) thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement: three sand: six graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm. Frame should be duly reinforced with 1mm G.I. section and Sash/Mullion with 1.5 to 2mm ( One point five to two millimetre) thick G.I. section based on wind load calculation, (shape & size according to UPVC profile), UPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, Co-extruded TPV Gasket having separate dranage system, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy(white powder coated) casement handles, G.I.
