Electronic governor with solid state potentiometer accepting digital pulse input from PLC(backed with mechanical governor if supplied as standard with the set by the manufacturer) f. Fuel filter g. Voltage regulation band : +1.00% of rated voltage g. Insulation : Class H h. AVR AVR shall be provided with a motorized or solid state potentiometer. i. IP rating of enclosure : IP 23 j. Waveform distortion : No load ; 1.5%, non- distorting, balanced Linear load ;5% k. Telephone interference : Better than 50 1. Total harmonic factor : Better than 2% Standard control panel with 6A 4 pole, 25KA MCCB .The characteristics of the DG set shall be such as to operate them in parallel mode. Routine tests as per relevant ISS shall be conducted and test reports of the same shall be furnished at the time of delivery. vii. Fuel tank. Integral type fuel tank of adequate capacity . viii. Battery: Required number of suitably rated fully charged battery with leads and terminals as required as per manufacturers? requirement;ix and separate battery charger for charging from KSEB supply. Operation manual, service manual, list of spares etc x. Acoustic Enclosure a. The DG set shall be supplied along with specially designed, company fabricated (to be fabricated in the same company from where the DG set is delivered) acoustic enclosure to meet the stringent MOEF/CPCB norms ." "b. Sufficient space and clearance shall be maintained inside the enclosure to have optimum serviceability. c. Air inlet louvers shall be designed in such a way as to operate the set at rated load even at 50 degree Celsius enclosure temperature. d. The enclosure shall be with UV resistant powder coating capable to withstand extreme environment. e. Hardware used shall be of only stainless steel make. f. Insulation material shall conform to IS 8183 specifications for better attenuation. xi. Documents to be supplied. a. Engine manual. b. Spares parts book c.Warranty certificate d. Alternator manual & test certificate 1 set control wiring drawing xii. Installation It shall be installed in the pre-constructed concrete bed complying to relevant IS standards, IE rules and as per the direction of the departmental officials. xiii. Testing and Commissioning The DG set shall be tested as per relevant IS standards. Block load testing shall also be conducted. The DG should have capacity to withstand blocked load of at least 55%.Droop characteristics shall also be tested and adjusted for enabling parallel operation. The load 1 required for testing shall be made available at site by the selected agency at his own expenses. xiv. Warranty During the 3 year Guarantee period comprehensive maintenance (including all consumables)) and services as per manufacture recommendation and repairs shall be arranged from date of commissioning. The DG shall comply CPCB IV + norms. During the Defect liability period, the contractor should carry out on his expense, the periodic servicing as per manufactures instruction, including supply of necessary consumables such as oil, gaskets, filters etc

OD274053/2025-2026:Supply and installation of Change Over Switch in sheet steel enclosure complete with handle assembly, door interlock and pad locking arrangement of the following ratings on existing angle iron frame work or directly to wall using necessary bolts & nuts, fixing the unit to wall, making good the damages, colour washing etc. including giving necessary connections as required. 63 A 4 pole on-load COS AC 23A duty

18.7.4:Providing, laying, testing and commissioning of C class heavy duty M S Pipe conforming to IS 3589,IS 1239 i/c welding ,fittings, like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts ,bolts ,gaskets etc., and fixing the pipe on the wall , ceiling with suitable clamp or support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paints of required shades complete as required:50 mm dia

5.4:Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

90.14.1.2:Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/ devices & complying to IS 8623. Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments will be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc.Supply and fabrication of MV panel board using 1.6mm CRCA sheet, powder coated (excluding base frame)
