Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall etc including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 using SBR Latex emulsion @ 4% by weight of cement on concrete surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed (Note : 1.Make of SBR emulsion / latex :: Sika, Fosroc, STP,Dr Sunanada, BASF, Star Coatings or any other approved make of E-in-cS branch . 2. Cost of SBR Latexis included i with plastering)

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of alkali resistance primer over a coat of cement based wall putty minimun thickness 1.5mm and cutting to smooth surfaces by sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F structural steel framed work such as angle, channel, I section etc confirming to Fe-410W Gde E-165 quality A as in supporting structure of valley gutters, including stringers, treades, landing,balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc. and similar works; complete all as specified and as directed

M&L mild steel plate Fe-410W Gde E-165 quality A plain or chequered channels, square cut to notch (ordinary or counter sunk forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment as in supporting structure of capstan, duct covers, valve pit access platform etc. complete all as specified and as directed (Note: 1. Quoted rate inclusive of making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete. 2.Work to be executed in a confined area, for which no additional rate is appliceable)

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of coal tar epoxy paint Manufactured by Asian PPG / Jotun /Akzonobel over two coats of Anti corrosive (Dft 2 x 150) Manufactured by Asian PPG / Jotun /Akzonobel over a coat of epoxy zinc rich primer (Dft. 1 x 50) Manufactured by Asian PPG / Jotun /Akzonobel50±5 microns complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated or semi corrugated Galvalume aluminium zink coating sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated or semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Quoted rate inclusive of bending / curving of required shape sheets)

M&L for taking out deteriorated / leaking valley gutters of any shape, size and material from the work shop buildings at height of 6 m to 20 m including disconnecting the funnels from gutters & rain water pipe, in position and replacingthe valley gutterswith new Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain sheet of 1.00mm thick made to shape and size required with 200mm over laps with double washer self driving screws at joint using leak proof jointing material (Tar roof compound or similar material) and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed

Taking out deteriorated / unserviceable funnels of valley gutters of any shape, size and material from the work shop buildings at height of 6m to 20 m including disconnecting the funnels from gutters & rain water pipe, in position and Supply & fixing with new funnel made out of Galvalume plain sheet of 0.60mm thick to required shape and size to match with the existing funnels required with extra collar of 50mm over the actual outer diameter of rain water pipe and inserting into the rain water pipe with 150mm length in to the rain water pipe with double washer self driving screws using leak proof jointing material (Tar roof compound) or similar material and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed

Taking out deteriorated / unserviceable rain water pipes of any shape, size and material including bends, tees etc fixed along with funnels of valley gutters of the work shop buildings at height of 6m to 20 m including disconnecting the pipes from the funnels of gutters, in position and S&F ISI marked HDPE Rain water pipes of 160mm dia along with required bends, elbows, tees, holding down clamps etc.,and making the joint leak proof by using leak proof jointing material and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed Note :The above quoted rate includes bends, elbows, tees, holding down clamps etc

Chipping and making rough the of existing damaged, crakced, spalled & loose portion of concrete of the RCC members of the berth deck / floor / slab / beams / coloumns etc completely till the reinforcement is exposed and sound concrete is observed by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further the surface is cleaned with water jet, again clean the surface with blower to remove all loose fine particles present in the surfaces and for removal of dust and loose particles and cutting out corroded / rusted / worn out reinforcement and replacing the same with new reinforcement by welding with existing reinforcement at both ends with adequate overlap and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia at suitable intervals and also placing steel wire fabric complete all as specified and as directed.. Note:- . Reinforcement steel / steel wire mesh shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items in this Schedule as supply only rates Surface area of chipping area shall only be measured for payment

M&L for preparation of exposed surafaces of rusted steel reinforcement with metal wire brush , cleaning the rusted surfaces free from loose rust and application of rust remover cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcement , and removing rust with flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper and thoroughly washed with water with the help of pressure jet and allowing it to dry complete all as specified and directed. .( Area of cleaned reinforcement steel bar shall be measured for payment.)

Preparation of surfaces of steel of reinforcement by cleaning thruoghly and proving , mixing and aplying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufacturers method of application to rebar corrosion protection system to reinforcement ( Sika / Fosroc/BASF/ Dr sunanda) @3.75Kg/Sqm surface of steel reinforcement in two coats complete all as specified and as directed..

Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch) having a compressive strength of 40 MPA strength for reparing of RCC members like columns, Beams / Slab soffits / berth deck etc.including necessary form work if requires complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate quoted for the item shall include use and waste of form work required to hold the concrete in position till ataining minimum strength.

M&L for preparation of existing concrete dock wall surface of dry / oil / sea weed growth / damp by means of mechanical grinding to achieve a rough, coherent substrate having an excellent anchor profile removing all the loose material, rust, dirt etc., clean and dry the surface by using vaccuming equipment, water jet and compressed air. If required surface shall be lightly grit blasting or detergent washed to get PH value neutrality complete all as specified and as directed
