Repair and Strengthening of Cage Ladders and Replacement of Top Hand Railing of NDCT- I and II of 2x300 MW DCRTPP, HPGCL, Yamuna Nagar.

Fixing and removing of temporary Life Line/ Fall Arrestor rope and Fall arrester during the working on cage ladder across the height ladder. The Life line length from Ground level to the top of Ladder (Each set approx. length 150 meter, Fall arrestor 3 Nos). Scope includes manpower, materials, machinery, tools and tackles required to complete the job as per instruction of Engineer In charge.

Providing and Fixing of M10 x 35mm GI Bolt, Nut and washer at missing places of cage ladder structural steel and replacement of rusted nut bolt washer at various levels. Scope includes manpower, materials, tools and tackles required to complete the work as per instruction of Engineer In charge.

Providing and fixing of U Bolt with Washer Plates at missing places of handrails of landing platform at various levels. Scope includes manpower, materials, tools and tackles required to complete the works as per instruction of Engineer In charge.

Providing and Installation of M10 x 120 mm GI Chemical anchor fastener at various levels to strengthen the cage ladder. Scope includes manpower, materials, tools and tackles required to complete the works as per instruction of Engineer In charge.

Providing and Fixing GI stay 75 mm wide x 8 mm thick as per sample available at plant. GI stay to be welded with GI cage ladder and welded portion to be painted with GI spray. Scope includes manpower, materials, tools and tackles required to complete the works as per instruction of Engineer In charge.

Replacement of top hand railing by using FRP/GRP material on NDCT Unit- I and II at DCRTPP, HPGCL, Yamuna Nagar.
