Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. (for pipes and pits upto all depths) in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting and chiselling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil after laying, jointing and testing of DI pipes in trenches in 15cm layers including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and shoring strutting and timbering and dressing where ever required including restoration of un-metalled surface to its original condition including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals fixing caution board, crossing over trenches for access to houses and fencing etc. complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1Cement :3 sand:6 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1 Cement :4 sand:8 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1 cement :1.5 sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in all leads and lifts in (i) Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1m) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level)

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete & plain conrete work in all leads and lifts in (i) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings & the like. (Floors upto 200mm th.)

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1Cement :2 sand:4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing completre excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts in :-Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1Cement :2 sand:4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads and lifts.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dirt and other foreign matter complete in all respect in all lead and lifts.

Providing & Fixing 3.15mm thick MS sheet Man hole cover fixed with 50x50x6mm angle iron frame 500x500mm with welding including hold fast 25x6mm 150mm long 8mm dia bar and locking arrangement complete in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing sand cast/cast iron spun spigot and socket soil, waste and ventilating pipes (lead caulked joints to be measured and paid for separately) 100mm nominal size.

Providing and fixing SFRC manhole cover with frame confirming to IS: 12592 (Part-II) 1991 with latest ammendments of different grades, discription and opening of frame heavy duty circular type dia 560mm dia as per requirement in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 200mm wide cast iron rungs with chequered or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in RCC manholes in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Cast Iron Cowl 100mm nominal diameter in all leads and lifts.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile Iron pressure pipes for water, gas and sewage with socket and spigot ends conforming to IS-8329-2000 and latest with upto date amendments in length of 5 to 6.00 mtrs. class K7 suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket D-jointing) including short pieces, collars with cement mortar lining in side the pipes with outside zinc coating as per IS-8329-2000. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) in all leads and lifts (i)150mmdia K7 (Distribution system)

200mm dia K7 (gravity main).

Providing, laying,jointing and testing High Density Polyethylene pipes in trenches of following dia duly ISI marked IS: 4984-1995 as amended upto date including tube fitting such as bends, tees, air valves, unions and collars etc. including carriage of pipes as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).(i) 110mm dia PE80 PN-6

Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of MS flanged joint in HDPE pipe 110mm dia PN-6.00, PE-80 (exclusive of HDPE pipes) including flanged collar, flange Table-5, gasket, nuts bolts and other accessories complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Ist phase :- Submersible Pump :- Providing , Fixing, testing & Commissioning of non clog submersible/ Monoblock Sewage pump set(for lifting sewage) of reputed make such as KSB/BS/OSWAL or any other make approved by HPJSV comprising to latest relevant IS Code 5659-1970 or latest edition . The pump should be fitted with free flow bronze impller /suitable alloys capable of handling domestic sewage .The pump shall be directly coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor IE 2 or above (water proof type) of required HP RPM 2900 of Kirloskar /NGEF/ Crompton or any other make approved by HPJSV conforming to BIS 9283-2013 latest with upto date amendmednts totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear.It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guard errection clamps cable clip & depth gauge etc. & suitable for operation of pumping machinery for following duty conditions:- (1) Design discharge 7.33 LPS (2) Total head= 44.19 mtr. This item/Job comprises of two pump sets in which one set will be working set and 2nd set will be standby. MS Angle/channel required for the installation of pump in tank shall be arranged by the contractor/firm at his own cost. It includes providing, fixing and installations of Automatic star delta starter panel, low cost automation, voltage protection device, MCB/MCCB, control panel with necessary shed arrangement and all the sluice valves, Reflux valves and fixtures, cables as per terms & conditions attached to make the system fully functional.
