Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar & remove of dismantled material as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for & remove of dismantled material as specified.

Removing of demolised building materials etc. to a distance exc. 900 Mtrs. But not exc. 1.0 KM including loading and stacking at the destination (The quantity of demolished materials will be varyfied at destination) All as per specification and as directed.

Excavation in hard/dense soil in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth; for foundation etc.and getting out, all as directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge n.exc. 63mm, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 CM thick watered and rammed to a true surface

Providing & Laying of cement concrete D2-type, 1:4:8 mix. (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling, Floors etc.

Boring holes 300mm Dia, 2 m deep in soil for under-reamed piles and for under-reamed piles and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of n exc. 50m.

Providing & Laying of cement concrete B2-type, 1:2:4 mix.(40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling, Floors etc. excluding the cost of form work but including the cost of finishing & curing etc. all as per specification and as directed

Supply, Fabrication and erection/fixing of M.S. structural steel Work Fe 290(Gde-E- 165)quality in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc..all as directed by EIC.

Providing & Fixing of mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm Dia. and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 MM Dia or securing with clips quality confirming to EIC

Fixing only of 1.20 Mtr./1.40 Mtr. hight G.I. Chain Link fencing made of 4 mm dia. G.I. wire of mesh size 50x50mm over all. the chain link fencing to be fixed to M,S,angle fencing posts with M.S. Flat and 3 Nos M.S. bars at top midlle and bottom with M.S. bolt M12, NUT AND WASER AND WELDING BOTH all as per specifiction as directed.

Supply only Chain Link Fencing made of 4 mm dia. G. I. wire of any mesh size and any type over all etc. all as directed by EIC.

Preparation of new steel surfaces free from dust, dirt, loose scales, grease etc. and Supply & Apply one coat of red oxide primer & TWO coat Synthetic enamel paint all as directed

Supply and Fixing Mild Steel Screw Bolt ( M/C made ) with hexagonal head at one end screwed the other , dia. Of neck 05 to 10 MM each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut lenth of bolt not exc. 5 CM long. all as per specifiction as directed.
