M & L for scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminious macadam surfaces in areas not exc 400 sqm, depth exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm

M&L preparing unsurface WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc from black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 100 mm thick Soling (or sub base), with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for except material by reusing Soling (or sub base), with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion RS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate o application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for permix bituminous, macadam 50mm thick laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 4% by weight of total mix binder content of paving bituman any penetration)

M&L for preparation of old black bituminous top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete in all respect as specified & directed

Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion RS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate o application of 0. 2- 0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of Paving bitumen content by wieght of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete and rolled with mechanical paver of power exc 8 ton n exc 12 ton

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stoplines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to pot holes not exceeding 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and muds or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads path etc. Cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm depth making good by applying tack coat with bitumen primer @ 5.00 kg/10 sqm putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet and sealed with liquid seal coat (6.8 Kg of binder with 0.09 Cum of stone chips and again well rammed (incl supply of premix binder and sand) depth of pot holes n.exc 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing incl removal vegetation not exc 150mm in deep in soft/loose soil as in road side berm complete all as specified and as directed.

Bringing approved Earth from outside MOD land

Forming Embankment including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering,ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc. n exc. 1.5 m from the base and complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above the ground level) (un-reinforced) and removing to a distance n.exc 50m distance complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base concrete.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or below paver blocks incl. watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fix in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs Convex mirror 1000mm made of PC Material provided with suitable MS Pipe post, duly powder coated, meant for road turning, intersections, curves, T-junctions, Hospitals, Parking lots etc. with clear & definite mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle, unbreakable & stronger than glass, spring post (710mm x 80mm x 210mm) body of spring is made of special flexible material (polyurethane) without it can be quickly resorted to its original state without doing any damage to spring posts as well as vehicles in case of collision by vehicles. Two bands of retro reflective tape are pasted on the spring post. Epoxy bond is used to fix the spring post with road surface the bond is so strong that post will not be deviated by strong impact after installation length of spring post 710 mm, upper dia 80mm & bottom dia is 210mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in repairs retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards, made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM- D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment)

Removing, excavated material n.exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m from the starting point.

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
