Maintenance of Coal Handling Plant equipments such as Wagon Tippler, Conveyor System, Pulleys/ Idlers, Crusher, Stacker- Reclaimer etc. The work also includes mtc of Electrical, C & I, Lifts, AC and Ventilation System, including railway demurrage charges, Deployment of Stone Pickers for picking of stones, shales and other foreign material from running conveyors, Shifting, Segregation & Weighment of +250mm stones, Services of OEM of CHP Mechanical, Electrical and C&I system, Online Coal Sampler cum Analyzer, Lifts installed in CHP, painting of structure & equipments in CHP, rewinding & repair of motors upto 10 KW rating, repair of rollers for conveyor system, horticulture development & pollution control in CHP area and Fabrication of MS grizzly for WT/ERH & bunkers in CHP as per Detailed Scope of Work Annexure-IIIA & B.

Operation & Maintenance of Heavy Machinery equipments such as Bulldozers, Loaders, Cranes, Dumpers and Excavators, including repair charges as per detailed scope of work Annexure-IIIC.

Operation & Maintenance of Diesel Locomotives. This also includes provision of Loco operators and Shunt men. Including repair charges as per detailed scope of work Annexure-IIIC.

Upkeep/ Maintenance of Marshaling yard IIIE.

Operation & Maintenance of Mill Reject System of Unit-I including manual evacuation of mill reject by poking and cleaning of mill reject from mill area and loading & unloading and Shifting of mill reject by means of tractor- trolley/ trucks Annexure III D.

Operation & Maintenance of Mill Reject System of Unit-II including manual evacuation of mill reject by poking and cleaning of mill reject from mill area and loading & unloading and Shifting of mill reject by means of tractor- trolley/ trucks Annexure III D.

Charges per MT for Collection and preparation of coal samples from coal rakes at DCRTPP Annexure-IV. Tentative Qty. per annum is 17,21,400 MT calculated on the basis of coal rakes received yearly considering 3800 MT coal per rake

Lubricants and Spares for running of all Heavy Machinery equipments as per scope of work at Annexure-IIIC which mainly includes Loaders, Dozers, Excavator, Dumper and Locomotives etc and all type of Welding Electrodes, all type & size of Nut-Bolts, washers and Rollers for conveyors.

Diesel charges per coal rake for first year it will be included of taxes, handling charges and storage charges etc .Note:- (Total average 453 rake per annum received as per actual and total average 206 KL per annum diesel consumed as per actual cost considered at present day rates of diesel i.e. approx 90 Rs. per litre). Diesel Per Rake comes out to be 455 Ltr considered for calculating annual financial implication. However, firm will be paid monthly charges on the basis of actual number of rakes received in that month. Annually rakes received may be more or less.
