Project Management Consultancy (PMC) i.e. preparation of DPR (Detailed Project Report) Including design/drawings, estimation and preparation of tender documents, to assist in Evaluation and Finalization of Tenders by VPT, Supervision of entire Project work till commissioning of the total system/Project work i.e. Providing Fire Fighting Facilities for Golden Jubilee Hospital as per National Building code and Andhra Pradesh fire Services Act Guidelines. The installation works shall be carried out without causing any disturbance/obstruction to the patients. The total consultancy charges quoted shall be for total completion of works. (1 month for preparation of DPR and Tender Documents and 6 months for Tendering execution and completion of works) 1. Preparation of DPR including Design and Drawings. 2. Preparation of Estimates and Tender Documents. 3. To assist in Evaluation and Finalization of Tenders by VPT. 4. Supervision of entire Project Work till Commissioning of the Total System/ Project Work.
