1 Providing and fitting of bed head panels 04 feet long each along with oxygen outlet points-02nos., vacuum points-02nos., Medical Air points- 02 nos. electrical switch sockets-6/16 Amp Switch Socket 4 Nos.of reputed make, IV hook, infusion pole, vacuum jar holders, monitor trays. It should be CE marked. The unit shall be provided with copper pipe extensions with proper color coding confirming to the international standards. The bed head panel should be Efficient safe & Robust design in extruded aluminum section. Smooth curved surfaces, and choice of base colour and fascia plates. The headwall system will be constructed of aluminum extrusion joined together to suit the particular application. Unit Will be factory assembled for electrical and mechanical components. Front Facia Plate will be removable individually to access for respective service. Entire Pipe Line will run in continous Horizontal Panels with no break for each unit. Material of Construction shall be High Grade Aluminium Extrusion with Epoxy Resin Powder Coating. The Bed Head Panel is inclusive of Suction jars and Flow meters. 2 Replacement of damaged 400 Amp MCCB switch installed in D-Block Section of GMCH, Jammu by way of dismantling and taking out of old damaged MCCB and replacing it with the new MCCB 400 Amp 3 pole with breaking capacity not less than 50 KA. The MCCB shall be of reputed make i.e L&T, Schneider, Havells. The job also includes making provision in the bus bar as per requirement, fitting of the new MCCB, cutting of damaged cable ends and providing and fitting of new heavy-duty thimbles of requisite size, making all the cable connections with the MCCB and testing at site. 3 Replacement of defunct Nitrous Oxide manifold Pig tail pipe by way of dismantling the old tail pipe and fittings of new tail pipes along with NRVs.
