Dismantling of drain pipes set in cement mortar including breaking of joints stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials to municipality designated area including excavation and refilling/compactionin trenches/drain after taking out the pipes including dismantling of bed concrete.

Dismantling tiled floors CC/Terrazo laid in mortar upto floor two level including stacking of servicable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials Municipality designated area (wooden/concrete joists to be measured and paid for separately). For thickness of tiles 25mm .

Dismantling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneutic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000m,stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately AS per Techncal Specification Clause 202.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. Ordinary soil upto 3 m depth in all kinds of soil.

Stone soling property hand-packed filling interstices with spalls and consolidating with power road roller to the required gradient and camber including spreading, watering and rolling of hiding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HPPWD specification 100 mm spread thickness including carriage of materials within all leads & lifts & other incidentials complete in all respcts.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 (PCC 1:6:12)

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings including cost of form work and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. PCC grade M20 (ii) Nominal Mix 1:2:4

Providing and laying RCC Half cut pipe/ channels in drain complete in all respect.

Providing & laying Precast cement chequared tiles hydraulic compressed 20 mm thick with c.c.of specified sizes laid floors treads of steps and landings on a bed of 25 mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required) including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of different shades (Medium) as dricted by the engineer-in- charge.
