Supplying and Laying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1KV grade aluminium power cable conforming to IS:1554 on excavted trench, direct on wall through pipes etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. CABLE SIZE : 4CX10SQMM AYFY

Laying of power cable up to 300sqm, cable shall be suppied by NALCO

Excavating trenches 800 x 400mm wide for laying of cable, supply and filling of sand 75mmbelo and 75mm above the cable with brick protection on three side of the cable, backfilling the trench and restoring to original safe, disposing the surplus earth to outside premises in all as in all kinds of soil.

Termination of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size, including supply of nickel plated double compression cable gland and crimping type socket, stripping of insulation, fixing of cable gland, core marking, crimping cable, including supply of all labour and material complete as required & as per direction of Engr-in-charge CABLE SIZE UP TO : 3.5C X70SQMM AYFY

Termination of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size, including supply of nickel plated double compression cable gland and crimping type socket, stripping of insulation, fixing of cable gland, core marking, crimping cable, including supply of all labour and material complete as required & as per direction of Engr-in-charge CABLE SIZE UP TO : 4C X25SQMM AYFY

Earthing: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of class-B GI earth electrode of 50mm dia 3000mm long complete with earth pit with RCC cover with all necessary material including excavation of earth pit filling with layers of charcoal and salt, back filling providing necessary brick work slab cover, connection with GI strips including all labour and material complete as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All earthpits shall be interconnected to form a earth grid and as per IE rules and as per IS 3026 specification. On the top funel is to be provided with wire mesh of suitable size on the top of the funel.

Supply and installation of earthing strips 25 x 6mm along trenches including excavation, cutting and fixing to wall, embedding inside walls and floors welding at joints, providing anti-corrosive paints of bitumen and jute covering for welding clamping, necessary hardware for connection etc. including all labour and material complete as required and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Supply Installation , testing and commissioning of MDB as per the following specification including termination of incoming and out going cable/conduits/PVC pipes/wires,required earth commection ,glanding with supply of glands suitable for 3.5x50sqmm AL,AR cable complete including transportation , labour, sundry material like rag bolt, cement ETC.As required and as per the direction of EIC. SPECIFICATION : PRE WIRED TPN DB , INCOMER : 100A TPN DB, OUT GOING: 8 NO TPN LOAD CONTACT MCB OF 40A RATING , BUS BAR 1 SET WITG SUITABLE EARTH LINK WITH ALL COMPONETS FOR OUT GOING FEEDER.

Supply and Installation , testing and commissioning os 32A TPN MCCB with sutable enclouser

Supply and instllation feeder pillar 415 Volts, 50Hz, 250Amps, out door type, TPN, Fedder pillar, Free standing type, with 4 Legs with grout plate bolting design and Enclosure made out of Industrial grade high quality polycarbonate material having high impact and corrosion proof, fire retradent, weather proof with Rain canopy at the top for protection against direct rain and with proper corner, base support, busbars etc. completely wired for ready to use. The details of switchgears are: a) 250A switch fuse unit with fuse links as I/C with bus-bar arrangement and having 5 nos out going feeders, b) 125A TPN: 1 No. (Switch fuse with fuse links), c) 63 A TPN: 3 Nos (switch fuse with fuse links) and d) 100A TPN street light feeder: 1 No. with fuse links, Isolator, 100A, Power contactor, 24 Hrs.digital timer having Auto/ Manual facility.
