Bidder should have Bulk Variable Card Printing Infrastructure to execute SVIC printing works unit in house having capacity of 2 Lakh cards per day

Bidder should be having ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 Certification

Bidder having CMMi Level-3 or more Certification

Bidders should have prior experience of having undertaken in at least 180 Assembly Constituencies preparation of voter list (generation, integration & merging of electoral database) in single calendar year during last five years.

Bidders should have prior experience of having undertaken in at least 180 Assembly Constituencies preparation and printing of EPIC in single calendar year during last five years.

Bidder should not be insolvent, bankrupt etc.

Bidder should not have and their Directors, being convicted of any criminal offence

Company Turnover of the bidders should have overall accumulated turnover in printing activity of variable data PVC EPIC cards Rs. 15.04 Crores (Rupees Fifteen Crores four lakhs) during the last five preceding financial years of 2021-22,2022-23,2024-25,2025-26 In case of MSME, the Bidder shall have an accumulated turnover of Rs. 9.40 Crores

Financial documents of Annual Turnover during the last five Years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26 (upload audited / Provisional Balance Sheets with ITR)

Financial Net Worth as on 31.03.2025 should be Positive

Bidder Should submit the GSTR 9 of FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 and GSTR 3B for FY 2025-26
