Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note- The work shall be executed from authorized applicator only through manufacturer of which the materials i.e. exterior emulsion etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and as approved by Garrison Engineer. (b.) The contractor shall submit ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) on manufacturer's ORIGINAL Letter Head with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract and submit for approval before execution of work. Make :- Asian Paint(Apex)/Berger paint/Dulex weather shield.

M&L for Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in cover slabs (for manholes or drains) , set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all, including demolition of existing unserviceable concrete slabs and removing from the site complete all as directed.

S&F MS TMT bar 10mm dia & over, cut to length bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including demolition of existing RCC slabs of any description and position complete all as specified & directed.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping).

Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses stone masonry work built in cement mortar.
