Painting of pole with one coat of Red-oxide and two coats of Aluminium paint (including cost of paint).

Providing and fitting of ISMC 75, 8rft in length each (06 no). The nut and bolts required for fitting of channels shall be provided by the firm. The channels are required for fitting of link set and drop out set, lightening arrestor and for placing pin insulators for tapping of HT line.

Providing and fitting of ISMC 100, 8rft in length each (02 no). The nut, bolts, clamps required for fitting of channels shall be provided by the firm. The channels are required for placing of transformer.

Providing, installation and fixing of 11 KV link set and dropout set with nuts, bolts, washer, clamps as per the latest specifications and site requirements.

Providing and fitting of post type (polymer type) lightening arrestor set

Providing and installation of Maintenance free Chemical Earthing using GI Electrode of size 25mm dia, 2.5 meter long connected with 25X5mm GI connection strip from transformer body and lightening arrestor to electrode upto plant room complete with excavation, civil works, construction of inspection chamber in M10 mix with cast iron/ PVC cover of 12" x 12", chemical earthing compound, GI nuts bolts etc. Complete job as per the latest relevant IS code.

Providing and fitting of GI earthing strip of size 25 mm X5 mm including installation for connecting various electrical equipments of the pump station to earthing electrode including GI nuts bolts etc. Complete job.

Providing and fitting of 11kva Pin insulator.

Providing and fitting of 0.03 ACSR conductor on the HT poles from existing HT line to the newly created substation.

Providing, laying and fitting of 1.1 KV, 120 mm2 , 3.5 core Aluminum XLPE insulated armored cable of reputed make from substation to MCCB with each terminal of cable duly thimbled, crimped and properly insulated using heat shrink sleeves and suitable sized Al thimbles. The cable is to be laid underground in PVC pipe by way of earth excavation using manual labour and then refilling of trench after laying of cable.

The firm has to get the work inspected from the inspection division of PDD if demanded at the time of reconnection of substation. All the works executed by the firm should be as per the latest guidelines issued by the PDD department.

Dismantling and shifting of old substation structure (mainly made up angle iron) to divisional stores Baramulla from the site.
